Perfect spot for mountain activities
Really enjoyed our stay at the WNC Oasis. Exceptionally clean, everything is nicely labeled and the house is very well appointed! Less than 10 minutes to Ride Rock Ridge bike park and an easy drive to Hendersonville. Will certainly book again.

Great location
This house was easy to find. It had a nice secluded feel. The owners were very friendly and went above and beyond for us during an unexpected extended stay. The house was fully stocked for our needs. There are no tvs in the bedrooms, but we were ok with that. Overall great house and location. I would book it again.

We stayed in the house while working on an event in the area and it was great. Accurate listing, clean, etc. The only thing we’d note is that the driveway is a little tight if you have multiple large vehicles. But overall the property is great!

Perfect reading retreat getaway!
My friends and I stayed here for a weekend for a reading retreat to celebrate a recent book release and it was absolutely perfect. The house was well labeled and stocked with things needed for a good stay. We loved both fire options (inside and out) and felt it was the perfect place to stay for our retreat. We hope to stay here again for the next book release!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very well furnished, I.e.; kitchen supplies, games etc. While not their fault, watching television was impossible due to VERY spotty internet. I did not care for the checkout procedures of this property. You were supposed to strip the beds, start a load of clothes, start the dishwasher, and so on. I feel this is included in the price if staying there.

Quiet Retreat
Our family wanted to get away from the city for a few days and spend a quiet weekend in the mountains. This cottage did not disappoint! The view from the front is amazing. The beds are super comfy. Everything you need is right there, from dishes and utensils to grilling supplies and games. It was such a wonderful, stress free weekend.

To say we were impressed is an understatement. The hosts had everything available and labeled. We were amazed at how clean of a property! The lighted walk was great (we made it in late), the beds were very comfortable, the fire pit was a nice asset, and we were close to hiking, shopping and sightseeing. We wanted to stay longer but could not. Thank you for helping make our mom/daughter get-a-way a huge success!

Beautiful Country
Thank you for sharing your home for those of us who feel more at home when we’re away from home. We were able to visit the falls and the special chapel at The Special Place and were not far from the house each day. We drove for miles and miles to soak up the beautiful country and were able to come back to a home that was very comfortable for resting to begin a new day.

I stay at VRBO’s very frequently and this was by far the best one yet in regards to how well stocked and maintained the rental is. The host thinks of everything you might need. It is less tan five minutes from Rock Creek downhill park as well

We really enjoyed our time. I would certainly stay here again. We struggled with the internet and cell phone service, but that’s to be expected when you’re really off the grid. We felt safe there and we were really taken care of by the owners. We definitely recommend!!

Great stay!!
Our group had a really nice time. Highly recommend. Property is so close to rock creek which was great for mountain bike riding and racing. As stated in the desciption, cell connectivity was not great, but the location made up for this inconvenience.

We stayed here while our son was at camp. Great little property and very clean. Everything was labeled and in it's place. The only downside (or maybe upside) was lack of cell phone signal and tv signal. Other than that, no complaints at all.

Anna saved our anniversary vacation!
I have only great things to say about Anna and this cottage. Our week-long anniversary trip started out as nightmare at a DIFFERENT VRBO from another person, and we needed out of there. Anna was so sweet to take our booking on super short notice and got us in quickly. The place was absolutely wonderful. Drawers and cabinets were all labeled to let you know where everything is at. I definitely took advantage of the provided coffee every morning. The outdoor stone patio with the firepit and hammock was beautiful, private, and serene with the sounds of nature. Out there with the fire, torches, and blue-ghost fireflies, it was the perfect time and place to propose to the love of my life (she said yes!). We had an amazing trip to remember. Anna was very sweet and super responsive to any questions we had. Thank you so much!

Perfect Piece of Peace
I cannot say enough good things about this property. The inside was absolutely spotless. Anything and everything that you could possibly need was there. The kitchen was stocked more than adequately, and the coffee provided was a really nice touch. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were crisp and clean, and the towels were heavenly. Seriously, all the comforts of home were found here. The outside was just as described, an oasis. The firepit was nice and relaxing and everything needed to start a fire was provided right down to starter blocks stored in the shed. There was stacked wood in the carport and kindling and starter wood had already been placed in the pit for our use. You can hear a creek in the background and lots of nature while having your morning coffee on the front porch in cozy, comfy chairs. I do need to mention that if your destination is Symmes Chapel (Pretty Place), the distance is NOT correct. Plan on right under an hour commute. Fortunately, we knew this ahead of time as we were attending a wedding and didn't want any surprises. The host is aware and is trying to work with the powers that be to get that changed. She even went above and beyond and actually drove the route to see how long it would take us after I brought the distance discrepancy to her attention! Hosts simply do not come any better than that in my book! You'll love it here!

Perfect!
My stay was amazing. The location was amazingly beautiful and peaceful. The cottage was very cozy and well kept with all the amenities you would need. I was very pleased , and would not hesitate to stay again. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this location.
