“The host was very welcoming in preparing the home for our arrival. Wine glasses were chilled and ready, the chocolate amazing. Communication easily flowed both ways.Family enjoyed the proximity of the property to wine country. The outdoor space was comfortable but limited. “The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard was very private with a hot tub( we didn’t use it, but it looked good.)The house was very clean and well appointed.We used this home as a jumping off point for Sonoma and Napa Valley wine tastings. Quick access to the highways and close to excellent restaurants in downtown Santa Rosa. Would definitely recommend this house!”

“We had two couples head to Napa for a short trip. Such a cute cottage and perfect for Sonoma excursions. Napa requires going over or around the mountains but it’s not bad. Hot tub was great. Cottage was well appointed. Coffee pot is on the small side for 3 coffee drinkers. No complaints. Helpful binder of info. Bedrooms were spacious. Primary bath could be updated but certainly enough room. ”
