“the hotel was very well located in Gerlos centre across the road from the ski bus. room was a good size, staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was good and the restaurant food also hit he spot after a day on the hill. Car parking was about 50m up the road. Only gripe was the noise from the Cin-Cin bar across the road. It was noisy and necessitated the use ear plugs to get some sleep.”

“El calificativo negativo es debido a un desagradable suceso. Esta mañana, al abandonar la habitación deje cargando en el enchufe de la mesilla de noche mis auriculares inalámbricos. Al ponerme en contacto con el hotel pir tres veces dicen que alli no estaban cuando sé con total seguridad que sí que estaban. Esto denota poco control sobre el personal de limpieza y es una pena porque el hotel es excelente. Lo siento muchísimo pero tenemos que dejar constancia de este desagradable incidente. ”

“Good central location close to supermarket, skibus and station. Staff were helpful. Apartment was big but we didn't like the pillows and the room seemed hot even after turning down the heating so we got some fresh air by opening the balcony windows. ”

“Beautiful and spacious hotel in the heart of a touristic town. I stayed in a standard room and it was extraordinary large and wonderful. There are enough parking spaces available in the garage below. Fantastic hotel and highly recommend to everyone! ”
