Great stay
This place was nice for our stay of 3. The place is cozy and good for gathering around for dinner and family time. Location is nice. The bad. This is a place best entered through the garage. The steps leading to the front door are long and icy. No one seems to clear the stairs. Unfortunately the garage code didn’t work and that made it a small issue. The lighting system in the home is complicated. It’s not user friendly at all. In all the place was nice and with the minor inconveniences I would recommend it to friends.

nice home, it was an ok stay
Overall was fine. Location was close to some fun things. We come to Tahoe all the time around new years unfortunately, this was not the best experience we've had. Kind of ruined our stay, along with some other unfortunate events. We, as renting travelers pay for cleaning fee but it didn't seem like much cleaning was done because the house was very dusty, webs everywhere and appliances dirty, etc. I'll spend my money elsewhere for the next time.

Great location for Heavenly Skiing
Bed were comfy, spacious house, location was perfect for skiing. Only complains were master shower didn't work and one of the gas stove burners broke off in my hand. Could've used a few extra towels, some spices, coffee, laundry supplies imo. A hot tub would make this a 10/10!

Perfect cabin!!!
We stayed here for a friend’s wedding and can’t say enough about how perfect this place is!!! It was cozy, but still offered a ton of privacy when needed. We enjoyed coffees on the deck, cooked dinners together, watched movies on the couch, and enjoyed the neighborhood amenities like tennis and pickleball! We loved it so much, we agreed to make this an annual trip and will definitely be booking this place again!!

Great Stay in Lake Village
This was a perfect place for 5 of us, three adults, one child and a toddler. The house is well-stocked, the location is great and it was really nice to have access to the clubhouse and pool for swimming before and after the beach. The house was immaculate and very comfortable, with televisions in every bedroom. Would absolutely stay there again.

The condo was great once you find it. There was one map of the property at the clubhouse when we checked in and the condo is not on the map. Luckily the employee at the clubhouse remembered the same predicament from another renter and helped us. The condo is also located right off a one way street that makes you loop all the way up and around. Parking directions would be helpful in the check in instructions.

Good collaborative space for catching up with friends / family
We were 4 adults and a child, The home was quite spacious for our party of 4 adults and a child. We had just one car so we always parked inside the garage. (couldn't find a clubhouse to get a parking permit since we arrived after dark). The living room and kitchen level had enough place to host bigger groups and the 2.5 bathroom makes it a feasible space to host them all. The loft was an addition I would like it if was made inaccessible. Children want to go up there, but it is not safe (the wooden bar has been displaced and is prone for accidents, the roof has not been padded, easy o get a headbump - got a bad one). The ladder up is flushed into the wall, it is not very comfortable for adults to go up/down and it is slippery wood. Didnt get a chance to use other club house facilities. Loved that it was just off the road and close to stateline/heavely.

Great location and space
My bf and I worked from here for a few days to ski and get away from the Bay Area. The WiFi is fast and it’s in a great location: about 15 mins to the California or Nevada side of heavenly. Kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything you need (except a spatula). Hot tub is in the clubhouse, and we got a pass when we stopped by the front desk at the clubhouse. The king bed is super comfortable. There are 2 parking spots in the garage and 1 in the driveway. We found ourselves talking about re-booking the place with some friends in the future.

Amazing house for the full family!
Had a great time staying at this beautifully appointed house with family. Perfect location as well, we were able to get to Heavenly and Zephyr Cove within a very short drive. Close to Safeway too. Will definitely visit again!

5 stars but with a couple of recommendations
The place was great, clean, and perfect location. I would reco a couple of small changes. A lock on the door from the house to the garage. Piece of mind with 4 kiddos! :) And some type of floor change or tape on the two stairs into the primary suite. I had on socks and missed a stair, not a horrible fall but could have been bad for someone older. Thanks!

Home away from home
Wonderful property. Perfect location for exploring North and South shores of Tahoe. The condo is extremely clean and comfortable. If you like to cook, as we do, the kitchen is a dream and there is a nice grill out on the deck as well. Beds were very comfortable. Nice water pressure in showers. Having a private garage was a treat compared to some other places we have stayed. Plenty of space to lounge and be cozy. Pool area was not crowded and neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. Property management was very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was even more spacious than the pictures made it look. Our group of 6 had plenty of room. It was clean and comfortable and we loved how close it was to all of the activities in South Lake Tahoe!

Spectacular condo
This condo looks like the inside of a high end custom home. It has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, beautiful master bedroom and bath. I couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend it for a family vacation.

Great house close to everything - well equipped!
We loved this house! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals easily. The fixtures / appliances were in great shape. The furniture was comfy. The location was amazing - close to great beaches and restaurants / grocery shopping. THERE WAS AC!!! There is a loft area with kids toys. This was a very comfortable house to stay in and we would definitely come back. One thing to note - the hot tub at the club house is only for kids 5 and over. Our 3 year old was a little disappointed. However, we spent so much time at the beach that this wasn't really an issue.
