“This property is beautiful and breathtaking. The views and the finishes are immaculate. Everything was clean and luxurious. The food and the staff on the other hand were not. It took over an hour for our food and waters to come. The orders were totally wrong. 2/3 of us actually got sick because they did not listen to our food allergies. “Stone Town is over rated. The area is dirty, the buildings' facades are falling apart. The public parks and beaches are mostly dirty, with garbage everywhere. I wouldn't suggest to stay there. Better stay some where else in Zanzibar and just spend one morning walking around Stone Town. The hotel air condioner was really noisy, the pillows uncomfortable. Could improve in several things. ”
