Home was awesome, but we had issues
The home had amazing views, it was able to accommodate 10 of my friends without issue. Some of us had to share a bed, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The inside of the home was also very nice and organized. A couple of days before the check in, I saw that the management team reached out to me via email to ask me to fill out a waiver for our stay. This place had an enormous list of rules, including an entire section about no smoking on the property, but to be expected. They then asked me to fill out a form of every person that is going to be there, ages included. They do not allow anyone under the age of 25 to stay there. After that, they asked me to complete an ID verification form that did not work, so I had to send them a picture of my ID along with a selfie of me holding my ID. I then had to send them all of the vehicle information of the vehicles that would be parking on the property, along with a copy of the insurance. Needless to say, this process was an extreme pain in the rear and was quite annoyed that this process wasn’t mentioned in the listing. The day we arrived, we went through the house to make sure everything was okay and found dozens of cigarette butts in the backyard. When we were getting ready to leave, we found a rat trap under the couch and a ton of rat poop under the couch. We had to throw out all of our food as a result. Won’t be staying here again.
