“We could only fine one means of egress, which was the entry door with the keypad. There is another door on the ground level, but it was locked and the lockbox keys did not open it. In addition, there appeared to be a door inside that leads to the ground level, but that was also locked and no key was provided. This may be in violation of the Maine fire code and should be corrected. I believe the code states that two means of egress are required in residential buildings. ”

We had three girls staying there for a girls weekend, and even though the house can sleep more than that, I think it would have felt cramped, so keep that in mind. “We really enjoyed staying in this beautifully decorated comfortable condo. Gloria was so friendly and accommodating before, and during our stay. The place is only about a mile away from the beautiful boat area where there are many quaint gift shops and restaurants. We had such a wonderful time exploring Ogunquit and the neighboring towns.
