“We needed to change rooms after the first night. The first room had no hot water for the shower, one side of the bathroom sink faucet did not work. There were a number of lights that did not work also. The next morning we asked for another room which they gave us. We had hot water but the rain shower did not work. I know this sounds like I am being very picky but for an up scale hotel I expect better. ”

“There was was construction going on so we had to move our room. The floor they moved us too was a smoking floor the bed was hard and huge nothing cozy about that at all ”
