The property was clean and well equipped with all the essentials in the kitchen, air-conditioning, fans and a BBQ outside for outdoor dining.
The small back yard provided some space for my dog to have some outdoor time.
I was very disappointed to find note on the fridge to say that pets were to be kept outside as I had specifically chosen this place because it had advertised as being pet friendly.
As my dog is a very old dog and has breathing issues if he overheats I opted to pay whatever penalty was required and brought him in under the air conditioning.
I cleaned up prior to leaving, vacuuming and mopping the floor before I left.
My points is, though, that these requirements need to be clearly spelled out in the advertising or, at least, a response give to correspondence about a pet, before accepting a client's money.
I appreciate that I had a lovely holiday in Yamba in this very comfortable home but I was also unclear about where to pick up the key as I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and was unable to speak to anyone on the Saturday to confirm arrangements for collecting the key before I got their. I managed to work this out when I arrived but left home without certainty that I would be able to pick up the key.
There was a lot of written communication - really way too much for the average person to be interested in reading especially when the most important things from my perspective were not clearly articulated.
However, was a very comfortable property.
