Everything about the apartment was brilliant , the size ,cleanliness , air conditioner was brilliant , had to turn it off at times because it was so cold. “We came late due of delayed turkish airline flight but my family in Jakarta did inform the hotel teams and everything was great. Check in staff was a young and kind person. The security team too. Our apartment nice, big and clean. We are traveling with an 1 year old baby and it was great they have a kitchen and also a washing machine (but we didn't use it). The bath rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast was good too. The staff at breakfast were friendly, great and kind too. Would definitely stay...

“The hotel needs really renovation for the price they are charging, you could see the furnitue with scratches. The pool is great but interior. Water a bit cold. the room was really good and the bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly. We had a problem with the reservation as it didn´t show breakfast included but i was sure i booked it with breakfast in hoteles.com. The staff was very friendly and they gave us breakfast free for the three nights.”
