Great location, beach access, so-so view
Clean house, good wifi, well-enough equipped. Kitchen and baths in need of refreshing. There is a wall of shrubbery between house and beach, so that while you can see the ocean from the house, no so much the beach unless you're standing at the windows. Comfortable, good location.

Fantastic 4th of July!
We had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, the house is super spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. Beautiful views of the beach and a short walk to the beach.

Unique and lovely beach house
I loved the house, the private space and the beach access. Things that were challenging were keeping our 22 mo toddler within sight (lots of stairs and no baby gates available) and having to bring our pack n play since I didn't receive a response whether there was one available (there was no crib or pack n play so good we brought one). Also my daughter at one point got her head stuck in the banister. But she is fine, we got her out. And despite those challenges it was a great experience. Worth every penny 😉 we were able to cook lots of family meals and enjoy the beach 24/7 because the views and access are amazing. The house is really cozy even with high winds one day we were there. And the architecture of the house was beautiful and unique. The big bathtub was fun for a relaxing soak after running around in the ocean. I hope we get to come back someday!

Million dollar views in a peaceful & comfortable retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our reunion with our grown children who live far away in this beautiful & peaceful home. It was a perfect setting to enjoy our time together with lots of fun things to do in the area. The home was very well equipped & clean. We were extremely comfortable & enjoyed every moment. Perfect and peaceful
Truly one of our best stays in Yachats ever, thanks to this beautiful property! We loved being able to see the ocean from the deck and the big windows. Being able to walk to the beach barefoot through the tunnel of bushes was magical. We were somehow able to rent this house at a price our families could afford, and we are worried that we will be priced out in the future..however we will always remember this stay! The house was clean, spacious, and extremely peaceful. We felt calm, refreshed , and deeply grateful after this trip :)

Great vacation home
We've stayed here once before and finally made it back after four years. When we walked into the house, one of my kids excitedly said, "We're home!" We love this house because of the privacy, the space, and the luxurious feel.

Relaxing home for a long weekend!
Our family of four adults loved it here! Stormy views of the ocean, walks on the beach, comfortable, secluded home with everything we needed. Yachats is really close with good restaurants and a market. Note: read the welcome card when you arrive for WIFI code and NOT the texts Vacasa sends! lol, took us a while and a call to a surly Vacasa rep, only tiny black mark on our otherwise enjoyable stay!

Amazing place, communication w/VACASA the worst!
GPS directed us to wrong location, when I called vacasa for help they were unable to give any info. I asked the property manager to contact us, vacasa said they sent a message. NEVER heard from them, finally found the property after 45 minutes. FYI, it is much closer to Yachats than Walport. The house itself was older, but clean & unique. Lots of areas to hang out in - sunroom, loft, livingroom. Fairly easy to get to the beach - even path. I would give the house 4-5 stars, but the vacasa gets 0!
