Estarás en una ubicación conveniente, justo al lado de la autopista 101 y justo en la playa. Central Yachats está a poco más de una milla al sur.

Great location but not the right house for us
This was a nice house for many reasons: quiet and not too close to 101, great location, comfortable beds, spacious, nice kitchen and a killer view. Families with kids would love the easy access to sand and beach. But if you want to feel the ocean breeze and hear it, many of the windows do not open and the few that do have no screens to keep bugs out. The kitchen chairs were cute but not very comfortable. We would have liked to try the huge jacuzzi bathtub and the freestanding wood fireplace but there were no instructions as to how to operate either so we never used them.

Panoramic Views
The main feature of this house is its location overlooking the beach and ocean. The view is awesome through windows across the entire ocean-facing wall. Beach access is a few steps from the house. The house is well-equipped, comfortable and spacious. The appliances were modern and worked as they should. We look forward to a return visit sometime soon.

Our favorite spot on the coast
This is our favorite spot, with the beach at high tide coming up practically under the deck! This was our second stay, and I'm grateful the owners updated all the window coverings and got a new TV. Thank you! The jetted tub wasn't working at first, but I discovered it had been switched off at the circuit panel. It worked after that, but you have to push the jet on/off button extremely hard to get it to turn off, so much so that one night, I had to go shut it off on the circuit panel. Also, as others have noted, when really windy, the gutter on the back side of the house was super noisy (imagine wind causing a long piece of metal to vibrate against a house - super loud, like some big machine operating!). I was able to get it quiet by cramming 4 wash clothes between the under side of gutter and the house about 5 feet apart along the southern end of the ocean-facing gutter. I suggest the owners spray some expanding foam along that section of gutter (outside the bedroom) between the gutter and the facia to which it is attached and/or put some wedges all along there (someone had put a few pieces of cardboard in already, but that was not enough to resolve the issue).

Wonderful getaway house!
We were there for a week and it was awesome! Right on the beach with super easy access. The house was spotless. The beds are super comfy and there's plenty of space. The kitchen is adequate and fairly well stocked. The deck is nice, again right on the beach. We will definitely be back, best house we've rented on the coast. Some things to note: The oven door glass falls out, that needs repair to prevent an accident. And there is something loose on the gutters outside the master bedroom. It was windy at night and it was rattling so bad we had to move to the other bedroom. Neither is a huge deal but both need attention. Finally there needs to be clearer instructions for the entertainment devices. The dvr was unplugged when we arrived and once plugged in we couldn't get it to work. Not a huge deal, didn't want to bother anyone about it in the moment, but some sort of troubleshooting guide would be helpful. Overall this is a great house in a great spot and we'll most certainly be back!

Perfect except for the stairs
Million-dollar view, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Wine *glasses* would have been nice. We loved this house and would come back except that our friends have knee problems, and the stairs were too much.

Amazing view!
The view and location are amazing! The place is quaint, nicely decorated and fairly well stocked for a travelers needs. We did encounter some issues that were somewhat addressed via text with customer service and in a phone conversation with a local company representative. Some of the issues were spotty WiFi, a broken light and non working ceiling fan in master bedroom, nonfunctional dumbwaiter, a few outlets in the kitchen didn’t work, a wobbly deck stair. One major concern was that the jetted bathtub leaked so badly on the floor that it soaked through several towels. The jets also malfunctioned and would not turn off. The only way to turn them off was to shut off the breaker. This needed to be done after every use. When I spoke with the local representative, who was helpful and friendly, she said she would send my concerns to her supervisor, however it’s been over a month and I’ve not heard back. Overall, it is a great place to stay, but could use some repairs and updates.

Everyone was friendly and great to work with. We had a few glitches, like the wifi wasn't working for the entire stay, and the cable didn't work for the first day (of two day stay). The kitchen needed updated utensils and cookware. But the location and views of the ocean and beach access were PRICELESS! We had a lovely stay at Sandy Shores.

It's a great place except for the neighbor!
The location was awesome! Right on the beach. The house was great too. Yachats i come back to every year. The only problem was the awful neighbor who yelled at me and told me the other neighbor was an attorney. It's because i parked in a wrong spot. I was happy to move because i didn't know. He just kept talking very mean. He called the owners and then Vacasa called me even though i moved right away. Ugh. Other than that we loved the vacation.

Excellent get away on the central Oregon coast!
We loved every minute of our stay at Sandy Shores. The views are spectacular, and the house itself is warm and welcoming, with lots of hospitable touches. Highly recommend it to anyone, looking for a place to rest, drinking the beauties of the coast, and recharge.

All about location, beautiful view, all the windows, great!! access to the beach wonderful, the deck was awesome. The fridge could use a freshen up on the outside, but worked just fine! I did feel like the stairs on the back of the house were unstable, could be a safety hazard.

Inaccuracy of kitchen inventory
I communicated with the Vacasa representative prior to my stay about the availability of a coffee grinder, as I only buy coffee beans to use. I was told there was no coffee grinder, only a regular coffeemaker and a Keurig. So I purchased coffee pods to bring. There was no Keurig, but there WAS a coffee grinder in the house. This necessitated me driving to the market the next morning to buy coffee for my stay. I contacted Vacasa about it and no one bothered to get back to me to discuss this misinformation, the inconvenience it caused, and the expense of purchasing coffee in individual pods, which I have no use for in my home.

Great location and view.
Great location and view. Cute house. It does need updating and the hot water didn’t work in both showers. Needs a little better housekeeping though out, and the futon was covered in sand. With that being said the property is fantastic with an unbelievable view.

1st off- the view and location is what makes this bearable. Those 2 things are just phenomenal! 2nd- The photos make this look like a well kept and cleaned house. It is not. While I realize this is pet friendly, it just stunk of dogs. The master bath toilet was plugged when we arrived. The tiny TV is laughable and didn’t even have the cables needed to watch the dvds. Yes, I realize the point of going on a beach vacation is to be outside but we also enjoy watching ridiculous movies at night with our family. The fridge had literal rust on the front of it and the vent cover for the bottom was laying on the floor when we got there and I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. It also froze a bunch of our food. We had to re-wash any dishes and pots and pans because they were all dirty. The deck out front is sketchy and my kids were scared one side would collapse. I messaged the property manager that was listed for contact for a couple things but there was no response. We left a day early.

Immaculately clean and well stocked (except for any coffee) right on quiet expansive beach. Beautiful master suite with access to great deck! A wonderful place to unwind at a reasonable price! We'll go back!

Great little oceanfront in Yachats
We really enjoyed our stay. Price is great. Location is amazing! Very clean and comfortable. Only change I'd recommend is a king size bed for the master. If you have littles, two adults and a kid or two gets crowded fast in a queen. All in all, amazing!

Super clean; more spacious than expected
With the numbers of games, puzzles and the location on the beach with awesome views— this is a great place for a family beach stay whether the weather cooperates or not. We had a great and relaxing weekend with our family of 5 plus a dog.
