Quaint Hideaway!
My son was visiting for the holidays and stayed here, it was exceptionally clean, better than the pictures and a perfect spot for a person or couple. They had water and snacks, shower needs covered, a washer and dryer and very private. We definitely recommend!

Overall very nice!! Great amenities.LOVED the LARGE soaker tub&oversized shower!! Bed was ok-thick pillow topper would improve comfort. Access from street to entry needs sidewalk or more pavers&lights. Take flashight & rainboots.

Just what we needed!
Very clean property tucked away in the suburbs of Xenia. We stayed here while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Would be a great place to stay with kids - as there's a huge park and grassy area right out the back door. This was helpful for our dogs that were with us. Giant bathtub and even MORE GIANT shower - which was an exciting/unexpected feature we didn't realize we were getting. Had coffee, waters, and snacks for us. Loved the fireplace. Thank you for opening your home up to us!!!

It was OK
easy to find - very clean - comfortable bed - nicely appointed But: - have to walk through grass around house in the dark to get to the door - I had outdoor shoes on, but wouldn't want dress shoes in wet grass - light switches are very hard to find - main ceiling light switches across the room by interior door - I had to unscrew the bulbs over the coffee station because I couldn't find the switch to turn off - there was no water in the palatial shower - bedside clock was two hours off

Cozy and Hospitable
Excellent furnished basement with all the amenities needed for a weekend away. Surprisingly spacious with open floor plan, full laundry room and walk in mega-shower. Conveniently located to several local colleges and universities. Very clean, easy to access, excellent value, will stay again.

There are not a lot of options in Xenia. This basement unit has all the amenities of a hotel room plus extras in a much larger space for a similar price. Met my needs while working at hospital.

Amazing
It is so difficult to find locations that allow dogs. I was in town for a dog event and booked this location for one night. It was phenomenal! The walk in waterfall shower was exactly what I needed after a long day on my feet. I will not hesitate to book again.

Perfect, quiet stay!
My husband, dog and I stayed at this beautiful, quiet property for three days and had an INCREDIBLE time. The owners are super kind, responsive, and made the home SO welcoming. The bathtub was the perfect comfort after a long day of visiting family nearby. The bed was huge and comfortable, with nice squishy pillows! You will not regret booking this place, even if it’s just for a nice getaway from home for a bit. If we ever visit again, we’re booking here!

Everything you need and more!
Chose this due to the location. It turned out to be a cute little apartment. All the comforts of home! Had a faux fireplace, a huge shower, two sinks, a comfy bed, a closet, a washer/dryer, a Nespresso coffee machine and so much more! They stock it with coffee pods and cups. They left snacks and water for us. Nice touches! They were very responsive when we had questions and are just the nicest family! Really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Already recommended to several people.

The property was a hidden gem in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. The space was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure that our needs and wants were exceeded. My only regret was that I didn’t stay longer!
