You are asking, so I am going to respond honestly. We have been disappointed with things in the unit. First, the coffee pot didn’t work the first morning but we went out and got coffee and housekeeping replaced the coffee pot but with a regular pot instead of a kureig so we had to go buy regular coffee because we bought pods.
The master bedroom toilet does not flush unless you hold the handle the entire time or else it doesn’t flush. Maintenance came and didn’t have a part. It is still broken.
The guest bathroom toilet randomly runs and is so loud we use ear plugs. I actually messed with it last night to try and fix (Runs very loud)
When we arrived the windows facing the pool were so dirty you couldn’t get a clear view. I took paper towels, Clorox wipes and water and washed the window.
When I pay for a vacation, I don’t want to be trying to fix toilets, coffee makers, or cleaning windows. It would be nice to relax.
The toaster oven is acting like it has a short in it (we unplugged it)and the toaster is so rusty, it is just not safe to put toast in Safety concerns.

I just wanted to make sure you were aware of some things that happened today that are safety issues.
While my friend was in the unit by herself, while my other friend and I we went to go pick up lunch, Property management entered the unit and said they had the wrong unit after she asked who they were. Our friend then said please lock the door on the way out. When my friend and I returned from getting lunch, there was an older gentleman with a cane in the elevator, and we asked him which floor he needed and he responded 2, which was ours. We stopped to look at the laundry facility, and when we walked down the hall he had just left our unit!!. He was able to enter our unit by pushing the door open because the lock latch was not engaged in the frame. My friend asked who is that and he just walked out. When we were walking towards our unit, he was just turning around from our door and said oh I got the wrong unit.
This is very concerning to us since two separate occasions within two hours, people entered our unit without our permission.
We just want to make you aware of this serious situation. When we contacted management, they told us the owner and the contractor had miscommunicated and that’s why he entered the unit. This is just not acceptable.
