“The service was fantastic and the breakfast was fabulous the next morning. The decor is dated. I dont like the bath shower set up. The chairs and curtains and carpets are all dark and old. Maybe have some music playing quietly at the bar. The single bed was not comfortable. My 1 case weighs 30 kg, no lift, steps everywhere you go, this is not practical for someone with luggage. The receptionist did ask a guest to take my heavy suitcase up the 3 flights of steps for me. The staff are lovely and...

“Teníamos reservadas dos habitaciones: una con dos camas y otra con cama doble. Cuando hice la reserva, me confirmaron por correo electrónico que esto quedaba anotado y que las habitaciones serían así. Yo me quedé tan tranquilo pero, cuando llegamos al hotel, las dos habitaciones eran de dos camas. Lo dije en la recepción pero no lo solucionaron. Por lo demás, hotel muy agradable. “ We were visiting family for a birthday and wanted a room nearby for the night. The hotel staff were very nice and the room (a four poster) was lovely, warm and cosy. The restaurant side does great food with very good service and breakfast was great. I know the Camden Arms well but have never stayed there before. I have stayed in other hotels nearby but the Camden is very much better. We were happy with the price as well and totally recommend here for anyone viting the area.”
