“Everything was as described, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The house was perfect for my husband, two young children (ages 5 and 2), and our dog. It was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and thoughtful amenities like white noise machines, a child door/stair gate, toys, and a high chair were provided. We were greeted with snacks in the refrigerator, fresh fruit on the counter and milk already there for the morning coffee.It is within walking distance of all the things you want to see in Annapolis, restaurants, maritime museum, the Naval Academy and shopping.Highly recommend, you wont go wrong.”

“I came to North Beach for a friend’s wedding near by. The Guest Quarters was a cute place and very welcoming. The instructions provided were clear and easy to enter into the building and room. The location is in a great spot - easy walk to the cute shops and to the beach. I would stay there again! ”

“The place was nice, clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bedrooms were so spacious. I loved that Lisa, the host, provided a lot of useful items for the stay (laundry detergent, towels, bedsheets, hand soap, even shampoo and conditioner, etc.). Lisa put a lot of thought and care into the place. She was also very responsive when I had questions and contacted her a few times before the stay. There were many places to visit nearby and within driving distance to entertain our kids. It was a great stay!”

Property manager is quick to respond to communication, and was extremely helpful returning a lost item. The property is very nicely updated and was extremely comfortable.
