Extremely disrespectful host
I had a legitimate complaint regarding the poor condition of carpeting in the master bedroom. When I addressed it with the host he suggested I leave and later said he would prefer that we leave because he was concerned We would trash the place. Basically his response to a legitimate concern was to insult me and my family by suggesting we were hooligans. Totally unprofessional needless to say

Wow! Great property, great stay
This property was great! So clean and well maintained. Everyone was very kind. Within walking distance of the main strip. When i come back to Wisconsin Dells i will for sure look this property up again. Thank you for the great stay and wonderful experience.

Great place for families!
We had such a great stay here! It was our first time traveling with our 4 month old and the place was perfect! It was clean and a great location. Chris was easy to communicate with. We loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location
The location is amazing! A nice walk along the riverwalk to the downtown area, restaurants, boat tours, etc. It was also a short and easy drive to water parks and lots of other activities and state parks. The condo was really big and met all of our needs. The only negative is the beds in the 2nd bedroom have awful mattresses.

Comfortable and Close to Everything
The condo was great - lots of space, a view of the water, a nice kitchen. It's close to downtown Dells. Nice accommodations that we would highly recommend. Only downside: the mattresses in the 2nd bedroom are pretty uncomfortable. Everything else was picture perfect, with a responsive host. We had a great time.

Wisconsin Dells family vacation
The property was just as described and seemed even bigger in person. Lots of space to spread out. Lots of ceiling fans and patio doors allowed us to enjoy the cool mornings and evenings. The location was perfect. The neighbors were very friendly! Neighbor Bob chatted with my husband and kids as they fished off the dock. The pool and hot tub were a lovely way to end our day. We had such a great time!

Great Weekend getaway spot!
The property was great! It was nice that it was within walking distance to places. My only complaint was that the link that was sent to get the door code wasn't a link that I could click on. So I had to type it into my web browser on my phone and it was long. Besides that the property was gorgeous and was a perfect spot for our girls weekend!

Very impressed! Super clean, it was big!! 3 girls stayed here for a weekend getaway! Perfect location! View from the deck was wonderful to look at! Pool was a very short walk and was just as impressive!! Would definitely revisit

Volleyball weekend tournament
The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The furniture and beds are comfortable. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this location was perfect. About 3 minutes from one gym and 7 from the other. Only about 3 blocks from downtown attractions. There are enough pots, pans, dishes, and utensils but an oven mitt would be a nice addition. I highly recommend this rental and will rent again if we’re ever in town again.

Josie's Sunset Cove
Very spacious condo within walking distance to downtown with a nice view of the woods on an inlet of the Wisconsin River. The property was peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Also appreciated having a washer and dryer to be able to wash our personal pool towels and any clothing if needed. Enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. We prefer firmer mattresses (as some of us have back issues) and both rooms the mattresses were a bit too soft for our liking but overall we had a wonderful time.

Bachelorette weekend
I was really excited when I found this place online the price was right. It said your allowed up to 6 people in the end we had 4. We got there and know we had to only park one car so everyone else parked at the casino was the closet place we found to do so. We picked rooms and I didn't mind sleeping on a bunk bed but when putting even my bag in the bed the thing about fell apart. Obviously knowing up to 6 people can stay there I am confused where everyone is suppose to sleep when beds are unstable and not allowed to be slept on. We ended up putting the mattresses on the floor so we could sleep safely. Even the other bed in the same room had a very unstable feel to it . It really seems like a great place to stay so I hope in hearing our concerns they will update the bed situation and have the next guest have a good night sleep safely.

There was an issue with the heater, which can’t be predicted but made it uncomfortable, especially given that the coverlet provided was so thin. The hot water didn’t last long enough to fill the jetted tub with water that was the right temp, so we had to wait for the next day to give it time to recover and I was afraid the shower wouldn’t last long enough. The jets also didn’t make the water even bubble. The water dispenser on the fridge stopped dispensing water the second day. Chris was very nice when I informed him of the issues, but I don’t know if I would stay again.
