Family Vacation!

The directions to the building our room was located in need a bit more clarification. Upon arrival, the inside of the building hallways were very warm. Our room was nice but much smaller than what it appeared in photos and there was some trash left besides the nightstand from previous occupants. The lights must be on a timer because we couldn't turn them on until it was nearing dark. The fridge and stove were clean and there was plenty of dishware to use! More towels in the unit would have been nice and also a baby gate for the bottom of the stairs would be a much appreciated addition to the unit! Overall, it was a good stay with beautiful views!

Great room

Great room and price. We knew water park tickets were not included, however, other inaccurate information in the rental listing. Short drive to water park. Difficult to find rental. Address takes you to the resort not the building/villa with the condo.

Nice and close to the dome for a VB tourney

We stayed here for a VB tournament at the dome. It was super nice and close. It was great to have a kitchen to cook up after those late games as well. It was quiet and safe. The only thing I would comment on would be the beds down stairs. One of them at least was pretty worn and noisy (esp if you move too much). Otherwise great stay and I would book it again.

Nice condo in the Dells

We had a nice stay in the condo. There was plenty of room for us (2 adults) and our 8 year old daughter and dog. The beds were comfortable and the room amenities all matched what we saw online. We gave it four stars for cleanliness as there was some stuff missed on the floor when vacuuming, and the building common areas were not the cleanest, but it really wasn't an issue. We were very comfortable. One other thing to note is the instructions were a little unclear. GPS takes you do the main Chula Vista buildings - just know you have to drive a little further back to find the two condo buildings. Thank you for a nice, affordable stay for our family in the Dells!

Great little villa

Definitely enjoyed this little villa. It was clean and in a beautiful location. The only improvement that could be made would be to give better directions on how to find it. It is a confusing area with the resort and a few villas.

Great for the price!

Our stay was great! The place was very clean and just as it was in the pictures. Only complaint is that there is no large pan to cook with and no surface cleaner to wipe down kitchen. Both not a big deal at all, but I cooked twice while staying here. Other than that, definitely worth renting! The outdoor hot tub at the building next to it is open in the winter!

Spring break vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious and clean. The issues we had with the unit got resolved within the hour. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact the Chula Vista tickets were NOT included. There’s no discount for purchasing waterpark tickets even though for staying at a Chula Vista property. Overall we had a great time.

Comfortable Beds

There was vague information to find the “villa” location. There are two separate villa buildings both with 4 floors and a continuous room number system. One villa has rooms 71xx-74xx and the other villa rooms 75xx-78xx. Room was very clean. However, there were instructions in the kitchen to sanitize all of the serviceware and cookware. I was annoyed to “unpack” the kitchen and run everything through the dishwasher at the time of arrival. I did not follow the instructions for sanitation on the kitchen counter as I did not bring my own bleach and I was not going to hand wash everything in the kitchen. Noisy neighbors Friday and Saturday night. Both queen beds were very comfortable. Entry, hallways and elevator were also very clean. I think the villa house keeping team does a good job.

Just an ok experience

Some of the furniture was broken. A couple of light bulbs were out. Nails were sticking out of the banister of the stairs at the landing. It’s nice it’s close to downtown and the Chula Vista resort. There was no information about where the pool or hot tub was located or really much at all about the area.

Hot tub not as advertised

The unit was clean, and building nice and quiet. The hot tub was outdoors and only available only by appointment during the spa hours, which was disappointing.
