“Upstairs neighbors were blasting music at 6:30 am, there were cigerette butts under the counter that my one year old actually picked up and tried to put in his mouth, garbage left outside the back door and animals got into it, shooter bottles on the back steps, both chairs were broken, food on the bedroom floor with ants on it, hair clips left in windowsills, we told them thered be 4 adults staying and there was 3 towels to shower with and no washclothes or anything, was told the refundable...

“We came to Des Moines for the wrestling state tournament. We were just a block and a half away from the skywalk to hop on and stay indoors the whole way to Wells Fargo Arena.This home was clean, easily accessed, and just what we needed for a short stay! Great communication with the owners :)”

“There were a number of things I didn't like. First, there was no one available to assist or answer questions for the first 2 days there. Secondly, there was unexpected a lot of noise outside the unit a 5am. Third, they said no pets allowed, but we experienced animal fur in the unit. We have a crawling infant and there was a lot of fur on the bottom of his high chair discovered as we were loading our van to leave. The unit and building was very secure, but there was no information given...

“We stayed for a night to attend a concert. Very nice, very clean. Would stay again when in the area!”

“Place was clean, easy to access and safe. Instructions to get into the building were easy to follow. Cabinet and bathroom counter might need some repairs. Two of windows don’t lock. Didn’t figure out the TV. Overall the place was great. People were friendly. The bedroom was quiet and dark, great for sleeping! ”
