Este es uno de los pocos condominios verdaderos de ski-in / ski-out en Winter Park con un patio al pueblo.

Primer piso de 1 habitación con colchón de espuma viscoelástica king size y ropa de cama nuevas, cocina y baño completos (no cocina o baño de 3/4), nuevo sofá cama plegable con colchón de espuma viscoelástica, completamente amueblado y listo para usar.

Las comodidades incluyen patio, chimenea a gas, estacionamiento en garaje (tarifa adicional durante el invierno), vistas del amanecer, cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, uso de casilleros de esquí, casillero / almacenamiento de bicicletas, televisión y cable, wifi gratuito, fácil acceso a la lavandería (literalmente a través del pasillo) y acceso a pistas y senderos.

Great location for skiing with young kids.
This place was great for our family of four. The location was perfect for picking up skis and getting the kids to ski school and then walking back to go skiing ourselves. Overall, it appeared clean and stocked with extras (condiments, food and snacks). Plenty of bedding and towels. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the kids slept fine on the pull out couch. There is a Safeway card in the binder, so use that to get the discount at the grocery store in Winter Park. It was easy to ski in and out for lunch and close to ice skating and Lime. Instructions for check in and check out were easy. You have to vacuum when you leave, but it’s a small space. Plenty of keys and the lanyards were the best idea! The water was the hottest water I have ever had at a hotel/ Vrbo so that was nice. Fireplace was great. It was a great walk out for skiiing and with kids. I would highly recommend. It’s small, but worked well for what we needed. Getting skis at Winter Park was super easy and the ski locker was super convenient. Owner was nice and we were able to get in a bit early. We would absolutely stay in this condo again!

Early Season Stay
The condo was great! The kitchen was well stocked with various pots and pans. There were condiments in the fridge and spices and staples in the cabinets. We did not have to make a Safeway run to get salt/pepper etc. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the mattress. We aren’t used to the newer memory foam type mattress. The only other issue is the parking in and out process could be easier. But that is a facility issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Breathtaking views! Entertainment ski lifts within walking distance. Have told friends & family about this hidden gem. Will return yearly, if not more often :) Parking was not easy though. $23 daily & kind of confusing with 2 key badges that you'll need to pick up from front desk lockbox...lesson learned.

Quite comfort
This is a well maintained older property and is just as listed. We especially enjoyed being on the walk-out level. It's a very large complex, but perfectly quite in this fall season. We found it to be the perfect size for the two of us. Would stay here again to visit RMNP.

We loved everything about the stay. Condo was in a great location and had everything we needed. August is also an extremely slow month in Winter Park so it was so easy to get food etc. We will def be back!

This was our 2nd time staying in Zephyr Slopeside this season and we are so glad we found this listing! Great location, place was nice and clean, and really had everything we needed. Highly recommend! We will be using you all again for our visit next year!

Great room with easy access to slopes!
We had a great stay in this room which was accurately described. The room had a comfy feel to it and was sufficiently stocked with necessary items. The bed was one of the more comfy ones slept in at the Zephyr Lodge. Thank you for making our stay a great one! We will keep this room in mind for our next trip to Winter Park.

Fantastic location & King bed for ski week in Zephyr Mountain Lodge #1104 in the slopeside building
Building is right next to gondola! Condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We didn't use the queen sleeper sofa, but did open to see how it was - VERY comfortable! Ground floor unit also allows for exit from balcony/patio. Snow plows had pushed up a snow pile which we appreciated because it gave privacy for the windows (we left blinds open for natural light & didn't worry about closing at night), and we were able to walk up & over the snow (had fun building "steps" into the snow!). Well-built building, we never heard anyone above us Building is true ski-in/ski-out accessed from the hot tub area just past the very convenient ski lockers. Even this unit's locker location in the locker room is great, right by the entry/exit door. Easy location to walk the village, shop, or grab a bite to eat. Driving or free shuttle into town of Winter Park is a quick trip & building's underground heated parking, $21/day, is great if you bring a vehicle. Stairs up from the garage open just outside condo's door, or use elevators just down the hall. Plenty of pushcarts on-site for moving luggage easily Hot tub area, w/ two tubs for Slopeside end of bldg and more tubs for Riverside end, is fantastic for relaxing after a day of skiing! Gas logs fireplace was cheery to sit by in the evening and easy to operate with a timer mechanism that we could set for how long. Large screen TV's for streaming w/your own logins (but its not Roku TV). Traci & Dan were friendly & easy to communicate with.
