BIENVENIDA

Nos gustaría darle la bienvenida a permanecer en nuestro condominio de lujo ubicado en la Villa Base en Winter Park Resort. Nuestro apartamento está a sólo 2 minutos a pie de la elevación Zephyr Express. Estamos al lado de la nueva aldea donde se puede encontrar una variedad de tiendas, restaurantes y un estanque de patinaje sobre hielo. Nuestra unidad de la planta sexta tiene magníficas vistas del pueblo y de la montaña, mientras que también con vistas al Servicios cubierta. A pocos pasos del ascensor - pero no había ruido del ascensor! Y está muy lejos del ruido de la cubierta de servicios.

Por favor ver nuestro condominio de un dormitorio con cocina completa en Founders Pointe. Es propiedad de VRBO # 272814.

COCINA
Se trata de una zona de cocina que está totalmente equipada para todas sus necesidades de cocción. Cuenta con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable.

Dormitorio y baño
El dormitorio cuenta con una cama king-size. También cuenta con un ventilador de techo y un televisor de 27 pulgadas. El baño tiene una bañera de gran tamaño y ducha stand-up. Características de comodidad y conveniencia incluyen humidificador, plancha y secador de pelo.

SALÓN
El centro de entretenimiento viene equipado con un LCD de 32 pulgadas de pantalla plana de TV, y PlayStation 3 con juegos.

LOCALIZACIÓN Y SERVICIOS
Fraser Crossing está convenientemente situado en el Winter Park Base Village. El edificio cuenta con una cubierta de comodidades en la tercera planta que incluye un gran jacuzzi al aire libre, chimenea al aire libre, y una parrilla de barbacoa. El vestíbulo proporciona el acceso a la construcción de ascensores, calefacción garaje subterráneo y guardaesquís privadas. Great Location for Winter Park Adventure
We loved the space and location of this condo. It comes as advertised. It is a short walk to the gondola and shops in the base area. Unit was very clean. Inside parking with short walk to elevators and ski lockers made moving in and out easy. Bedroom and bath are roomy and well set up. Kitchen is compact but functional. Refrigerator is small but fine for a few days of supplies. Gas fire place in living room makes things cozy. Sofa bed is fine for kids but worn springs would make it challenging for two full size adults. Overall, we really liked the unit and would definitely come back again. The owner was extremely kind and pleasant to deal with.

Winter Park Ski Condo
This property is perfect for 2-4 people who plan to ski at Winter Park. Well situated in the ski resort with a 4-minute walk to the Gondola lift, 3 minutes to the local shops and has great top floor views from the deck. Excellent internet service, inexpensive and close underground parking, well-furnished and included secure ground floor gear lockers. Owner was responsive to questions and with the checkin/out materials.

Excellent experience.
Property was clean and well stocked with basics when we arrived. Refrigerator is an under-counter size, bigger than most hotel rooms but not a full fridge, so plan the perishables you bring accordingly. Unit is very well located; 3 minutes walk to base of gondola. Communication with Hue was excellent and she was very accommodating. Sofa bed was fine for our 11 year old. Gas fireplace was very pleasant.

Fantastic location and beautiful views!
We LOVED our stay at Hue's condo at Fraser Crossing. Hue was extremely helpful and so very accommodating. The condo building is directly behind Zephyr Mountain Lodge in the main Winter Park Village. It's an easy walk from anywhere in the village. You have beautiful mountain views, a great vantage point to see when the hot tub isn't crowded, and a view of the ice skating pond. We stayed with our two young daughters and they were very comfortable on the sofa sleeper. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, and the gas fireplace puts out really nice heat. The condo is spacious and the bathroom is huge! We were only there for a weekend so we didn't do any cooking, but there is a mini-fridge, 2 burner stove, convection microwave and a crockpot, with a decent amount of kitchen utensils. I honestly have nothing but glowing things to say about this condo. We will definitely be back if Hue will let us come again! We had such a great time. Thanks again!!!

Nice, Cozy 1 BR Condo at Winter Park. Easy walking distance to lifts/shops/restaurants. Owner, Hue, was super flexible and helped accommodate a luggage problem we had based on arrival time vs condo access time. My family and I truly appreciate Hue's kindness. Wonderful weekend away!
We had an amazing weekend in Winter Park and loved this cozy condo! It was right in the middle of Old Town with beautiful views of the resort. Hue sent us all the information we needed to make our stay seamless! Would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful Condo; Perfect location
My husband and I loved this beautiful condo. Has a comfortable king size bed which is difficult to find in rentals these days. The kitchen was small but had everything you need. I was impressed with the quality of everything; cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishes, glassware, etc. We loved sitting out on the porch watching the sunsets and colorful aspens. VERY convenient to WP ski resort; only a short walk across the street. Will definitely stay here again. The only complaint was stains on the carpet in the bedroom.

Very nice condo in a convenient location. Loved the view of the mountains and overlooking the hot tub/courtyard area. Owner was responsive and helpful. Would stay again. The only thing to note is the fridge is not a full-size fridge, so need to plan accordingly.

What a great experience! Hue was very detailed in her communication, the condo was spotless and very well-kept, and the location couldn't have been better. We enjoyed the patio, the short walk to the WP Village, the security and upkeep of the complex--all of it was fantastic!

Perfect location for bike races!
The condo was clean and very well stocked. The couple missing items were promptly delivered and we enjoyed a wonderful 5 nights being so close to the bike race festivities. I would rent again in a heartbeat. Hue was very kind and available to attend to our needs. I would give her 5 stars as well as the condo itself. The parking was frustrating because the code rarely worked to enter and exit and the parking garage was quite dirty and left a layer of dust on all cars. The building itself (ie….elevator, hallways, pool area) was not kept very clean. The condo itself was perfect!

Great Place to Relax
Stayed for a long weekend with the hubby in this clean, super spacious, and quiet unit. We strolled the village across the street and enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony after dinner. What a wonderful retreat. I would recommend this unit to anyone that needs a comfortable place to unwind.

A new summer tradition!
This was our second summer trip to Winter Park resort and had stayed at Founder's Pointe before. We really preferred this unit layout b(felt more spacious), and the location around the corner from the elevator was really convenient. The unit had a huge bathroom, great entertainment upgrades, and still within easy walking distance to the gondola, restaurants, and shops. We'll be back next year, and hope to stay in this unit again!

Perfect Location
The condo is the perfect size for 2-3 people and the location can not be beat! I looked at staying at the Iron Horse condos but they are all studios. This unit in Fraser's Crossing is a one bed room which gave us just enough space to not feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen while not big is perfect for breakfast and lunch and we even made dinner a few nights (But who wants to cook dinner every night on vacation?). The gondola is maybe a 30 second EASY walk from the front door. No worrying about shuttle schedules , you can come and go from the mountain on your own time. Parking was super easy - just follow the link in your welcome email to purchase parking. The parking garage scanner will read your phone, but I printed the parking pass and just kept it in the car - you need it to get into AND out of the parking garage. The garage is a typical parking garage - it is tight but it was full of large SUVs. If you have a roof rack on a large SUV check the height. We loved our week at Winter Park and I would definitely stay here again.
