Histórico edificio estándar de Windsor en la planta superior, totalmente amueblado, apartamento privado de 2 dormitorios. Cocina completa con utensilios de cocina, ropa de cama, toallas, lavadora / secadora, terraza, vistas, cama king en una habitación y cama matrimonial en la segunda habitación. Un baño completo. Nuevos colchones, ropa de cama, muebles y suministros a partir de 2019.

Wonderful Windsor Walkup
I appreciated the free parking across the street, the a/c & ceiling fans. I had trouble with the lockbox, but was rescued by the kind owner of the shop next door. (She graciously helped me again as I was leaving.) I climbed 18 steps & entered to find the place as described in the listing. I appreciated having both a kitchen table & a long counter with additional chairs that I used as a desk & workspace. Suggestion: I'm a tea drinker & would've liked a tea pot in which to boil water. Breakfast at the Windsor Diner blew me away--I've never had eggs with a slice of ham that thick & delicious! The Standard building is very convenient to Binghamton & all it has to offer. I hope to revisit, maybe in a different season.

Friendly place in historic district
We couldn’t have been more pleased with this apartment above a wonderful coffee house. The place was pristine, communication with the owner was timely and friendly. We couldn’t have had a more relaxing and comfortable stay. The community is friendly with restaurants a few steps away. We enjoyed the farmer market as well.. We look forward to another visit.

Home again
I grew up in Windsor and spent considerable time in the Windsor Standard conversing with their typesetter and our Boy Scout Troop Sr. leader. I left in 1968 and now return nearly every year for a few days. This is without a doubt the best place to stay in or near the village. I have visited all around the US and I still think Windsor is the most beautiful part of our great country.

A great little place in Windsor
The location and easy access worked perfectly for me as I was visiting family for the week and the place has a washer and dryer. I may be going back up to Windsor in the near future and will look to rent this again. All the best, Lawrence.

We enjoyed our stay at your place. It is equipped as represented except for the absence of iron and ironing board. I would give it an overall 5 star but for the loud AM traffic noise.

Windsor’s best!
A very nice, modern apartment in the historic 1892 Windsor Standard building. The absolute best of many places I’ve stayed in the area over the years. The kitchen was fairly new and well laid out. The 2 BR were nicely sized with comfortable beds. A nice living room and good dining area topped it all off. I was really pleased and will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful place to stay. Large bedrooms with comfy beds. Super comfy couch. Bright and airy. So much better than a hotel. Quiet and relaxing. Great communication. Definitely recommend. Make the trip to Donoli's for some great food. Menu in the drawer and the chinese next door pretty good as well.

Exactly as pictured.
Shower was broken, it took 4 days to locate a property manager. Then within an hour, a repairman arrived and fixed it. Contact information visible on the property would have been very helpful. That said, very clean and exactly as pictured. Also a chair in the living room would have been very appreciated. Thanks!

Apartment was nicer than expected, nicely decorated, amenities were as advertised. We arrived during an arctic storm and the wall heaters could not keep sufficiently. Space heaters were very much needed. Owner ordered them but didn't arrive until the next to last day of a 10 day stay (I borrowed one until they arrived). Good communication. Quaint little town. Upstairs apartment has 18 stairs. All in all a pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed my stay in Windsor, NY! I had everything I needed, the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. There was even a little community farmer's market every Saturday! Quaint and Great Location
Very nice property! We stayed for 30 dqys to attend family functions and festivities for the month of July. If you are not physically able to use stairs, you may want to reconsider booking this property. There are alot of steps and no alternatives. We considered the steps as part of our daily exercise routine. All in all a great property. It is close to the interstate which is very convenient to Binghamton, Johnson City and Endicott.

Not a bad option for Windsor NY, would probably stay again…
This is a nice property in a historic building with an updated kitchen; small, dining area; and nice sized, living room with a huge sectional sofa. Nice, king-sized bed in master bedroom. Small, full- sized bed in 2nd bedroom. A downfall is there is nowhere to hang any clothing items, at all. There are no closets and no hooks to use on walls or doors. There is a large dresser in the living room for the master bedroom to use. There is a smaller dresser in the 2nd bedroom. There is a nice washer and dryer in the 2nd bedroom closet. There was no iron or ironing board in the unit. There was no tea kettle in the unit. The unit is in need of more teaspoons (there were only 3), “functional mugs” and a serving/mixing bowl. There were no food storage containers nor plastic wrap to use. Dishwasher was broken at the time of our stay. Warning that the staircase to this 2nd floor unit is very steep and long. All in all, it is a very nice place, despite the issues mentioned above. We hope if we stay here, again, that there will at least be some hooks or a clothing rack to hang clothes; and more functional coffee mugs (the metal mugs are pretty, but handles get too hot and you cannot warm anything in them with the microwave). Thank you to William, a responsive and courteous host.
