Esta casa de playa renovada está a solo dos cuadras del acceso público a la playa. El espacio habitable es de 576 pies cuadrados más un porche grande con mosquitero. Vista parcial al mar desde el porche. La cabaña se encuentra en una zona residencial tranquila a poca distancia en coche del paseo marítimo. Ropa de cama y toallas. Cocina totalmente equipada con estufa, horno de microondas, refrigerador, tostadora, cafetera, abrelatas y todo tipo de cristalería, platos, utensilios de cocina y utensilios. Lavadora y secadora. Direct TV vía satélite y sistema de audio de barra de sonido.
Junior's Place es una acogedora casita de playa que brinda a los huéspedes la sensación de estar "en la playa", limpios y cómodos.
La casa fue construida a principios de la década de 1960 como una típica casa de playa para la época. 2 dormitorios y 1 baño- sin armarios. Fue totalmente renovado en el verano de 2018 con cableado, plomería, accesorios de baño, gabinetes de cocina, electrodomésticos, paneles de yeso, aislamiento, ventanas, pisos y unidades de calefacción / aire acondicionado sin ductos. Debido a la falta de espacio en el armario, hemos proporcionado muchos ganchos, barras para colgar y cubos de almacenamiento.
El porche cubierto es un lugar maravilloso para pasar el rato y relajarse con una vista parcial del océano. Hay una ducha exterior en la parte posterior de la casa para limpiar después de un paseo a la playa y enganches en el porche para toallas mojadas, juguetes de playa, etc.
El patio trasero tiene espacio para bádminton, voleibol, lanzamiento de agujeros de maíz, etc.
Es un pequeño gran lugar y sabemos que lo disfrutarás.

Good location, great value
It's close to the beach! There are barking dogs in the area BUT they did not bother us at night. The screen porch is great for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze. No sidewalks but they are currently working on the roadway so maybe some will go in. Ideally there would be a railing on the screen porch steps for those who are not physically fit (there is one for the front door-no prob there.)

Juniors Place was exactly as expected. Everything was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Very short walk to the beach. Great location and nice neighborhood. Anita was very accommodating and quickly responded to all my questions. We will definitely rent again in the future. Pet friendly also. Our dogs loved it.

Junior’s was the perfect beach house for us… walking distance to the beach & close to restaurants/activities. House was super clean & stocked well. Only improvement I can suggest is putting a little privacy screen around the outdoor shower so the kids could get better cleaned up outside and try to track less sand in! We will definitely book this again if it is available next summer!

Second time a charm
This made our second year staying at Juniors Place. This place is just right. Everything you need is pretty much within walking distance. Food, entertainment, and most of all the beach. I have recommended Junior's Place to friends. Will stay here again.

The Best
This property was awesome. The location was perfect, it was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of the beach. The backyard was perfect for playing cornhole. I will definitely keep this property in mind for the future.

Home away from home!
So pleased with our stay that we booked our next visit before we left! The property manager was very nice and we had excellent communication before & after our arrival, (which eased my mind traveling from Indiana). The house was very clean with the cutest porch to just relax and watch the evening unfold. The beach is so close we walked to it numerous times a day (morning dog walks/shell hunting/afternoon swims/evening surf watching). The local boardwalk, fishing piers, restaurants and shops were all very close as well. Highly Recommend!

Great little get away cottage. Excellent stay
Great location, just a short walk to the beach which was great, house is very clean and exactly as described. Great little get away for us and our large dog. Screened in porch was really nice place to sit and enjoy the evening. Thanks for letting us bring our dog without the expensive cost. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone.

What a gem!
We stayed at Junior’s Place for spring break and it was perfect! Super clean, cold AC, porch for drinking coffee, comfy beds and couches and bug free! It was just a quick 2 min walk to the end of the street to the beach. So easy!! I will definitely book here again!

Wonderful little house, perfect for the two of us and our dog. Property owner was friendly and made it easy to come and go. They left a book with some excellent food recommendations while we were there. Only thought is that some new pillows would be nice - the ones there were a bit past their prime.

I highly recommend this place. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and the communication with the host was amazing. We had 5 adults a toddler a baby and 3 dogs, we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the sun porch with the littles. We will definitely come back for another visit. Joyful and relaxing
I sat on the screened in porch most of my vacation and watched the sun come up or simply enjoying the day. The house was a short walk (2-3 min) to the beach, which my husband enjoyed. The house had lots of room ,was very clean and best of all dog friendly. I most definitely would stay again the whole experience was relaxing, smooth and hassle free.
