Su perfecta escapada a la playa! Este segundo piso, frente al mar condominio ofrece vistas espectaculares del océano en el tranquilo extremo norte de la Isla del Placer. Es un impecable, recientemente reformado, de lujo de un dormitorio, un baño unidad. El complejo Marina cuenta con una piscina privada, un amplio aparcamiento y está a sólo un corto paseo de muelle norte de la isla. Hay accede 2 playa, siendo cada uno de aproximadamente medio bloque a cada lado del edificio. Se encuentra a poca distancia del paseo marítimo y del puerto deportivo. También se encuentra a sólo unas cuadras del parque Freeman donde se puede conducir en la playa con 4 unidades de la rueda. El Museo de Fort Fisher, Fort Fisher Aquarium y Fort Fisher Ferry son sólo una corta distancia en la isla. Wilmington es también una forma fácil, corta distancia y también ofrece muchas atracciones y restaurantes únicos.

El condominio es totalmente moderno y cuenta con numerosas actualizaciones de pisos de madera a encimeras y pintura personalizados.

Cocinar sus propias comidas en la cocina completamente equipada, y disfrutar de la gran sala de estar, abierto que se abre directamente a la terraza. La unidad también cuenta con una unidad de televisión de pantalla plana, lavadora reproductor de DVD Blu-ray, y en la casa / secadora.

El condominio es perfecto para una escapada romántica, pero puede acomodar a los viajeros con un niño o dos, o una escapada de todas las niñas. Incluido en su alquiler de ropa de cama, son todos elementos esenciales de cocina y no hay cargos ocultos.

El dormitorio principal tiene una reina colchón cómodo con una cubierta de espuma extra y edredón y almohadas. También hay un sofá cama queen cama con un nuevo colchón cómodo y un completo sofá-cama también. Run down w/ a dirty ashtray and cigarette butts
When I arrived, the door lock was broken and could not be locked from the outside. on the deck was a dirty ashtray and two cigarette butts. the microwave was broken. and the pictures were outdated and did not reflect how much the property was run down. And when I contacted the host, she accused me of doing it all. Btw, I've never taken the drag of a cigarette in my entire life.

Disappointing
This could have been a really nice little get away had the unit been clean. Most every surface was covered in dust. The bathroom was covered in fuzzy clumps of dirt and dust. The fire alarm did not appear to be working. We actually left early as my allergies were acting up so bad. I did contact the owner and sent pictures. The only reply we got was “thanks for the pictures.” No offer whatsoever to make things right. I do not recommend staying here.

Location location location
Stayed with my spouse and teen daughter. The location is great - we rented bicycles which were delivered to the condo and were able to bike everywhere and never worry about parking. It's about a 10-15 minute leisurely bike to the boardwalk area. The balcony is 100ft from the ocean - I think we could actually feel the spray at times. No direct access from the facility due to the rocks valiantly holding back the waves. Beach access is about a 300 ft walk down the street to the next public access point - which is really no different than walking the length of a typical hotel. I was worried about cleanliness based on reviews - but things were acceptable (not exceptional). No extra toilet paper or trash bags but there's a market w/in walking distance we bought extras I would have appreciated some extra bedding and blankets - there was a comforter & sheets for the pullout couch but no more than that. The pullout couch mattress is terrible and looks like its about to fall through - don't plan on using it. Our daughter just slept on the couch and not the pullout part, so I would say this VRBO sleeps 3 at most. The pictures shown as of September 2024 are very accurate and truthfully reflect the condo and its condition. There were plenty of pots to cook every day and enough utensils to make do. Checkout chores were pretty simple -take out the trash, start the dishwasher, and un-make the bed. Another reviewer complained about starting laundry but that wasn't on our list of tings to do.

We emailed and ask about the pool and where it was located due to having a key in the room and NEVER a response during the whole trip and still not a response to this day! We also felt like after paying a cleaning fee we should not have to wash laundry and do dishes for the maid before leaving! But we will book elsewhere next time.

We were disappointed in the on line presentation of beach access. The condo was run down, not very clean, needs updated furnishings both inside and out. It was not real clean when we arrived and had limited towels and no bath or hand soap, extra toilet paper or garbage bags. We would not recommend this condo unless some of needed updates are addressed.

Amazing view of the ocean
While the property is slightly dated, it is compensated by having nice appliances and a killer view of the ocean. The balcony is just a few yards from the water. We went there for a second year in a row because we loved the view. There is no direct access to the beach from the house but the public access is just around the corner. We would be happy to go there again.

Likely not a fair comparison but after Savannah, Charleston and Bald Head Island, Carolina Beach was not our cup of tea. The unit has an incredible view, however I wonder if the lack of updates on both the interior and exterior are indicative of an uncertain future existence due to extreme beach erosion. We arrived to find a young lady working her butt off to provide us with a clean unit. We were able to drop off our luggage while we went in search of lunch and a few groceries. The unit smelled wonderful when we came back but, as others have mentioned, the dust from the vents is literally glued to the walls in the kitchen and bathroom. I can only assume this is just the norm for older buildings in such high humidity areas. The bedroom is very comfortable and I was surprised by how quiet the building was in general. The furnishings are tired and can’t quite be described as retro. There was no coffee table in the living room but we found tv tables in a closet to use. The outdoor chairs were great and offered a great view of the expansive beach. The old carpet on the deck is long past its best before date. The bathroom is quite dated (haven’t seen a wooden toilet seat since the 80s) however everything was as clean as possible.The pool across the street was awesome. After staying at other beach accommodations, it was disappointing to not find beach towels and chairs. When guests are flying in, space is at a premium. The host was lovely but not sure I would recommend this unit.

We had a great time. The best part of this place was the amazing ocean front view and great porch to sit on. It could use a little bit more beach decor and we had no sheets for the sleeper sofa. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

The condo was very nice. We were far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, but still close enough to walk there for me, my husband would diagree, but he survived the walk! The air was cold, the water was hot, and it was direct ocean front. Perfect for us.

The view of the ocean from the balcony is what brought us back! We Loved sitting out there as much as possible. It was so relaxing and beautiful. It’s a cute place. Felt very safe the whole visit. Beautiful views
The place wasnt bad but couldve used some EXTRA dusting for sure. The pull out sofa isnt going to last much longer, it was broken and saggy. My daughter slept on it just fine but someone is going to fall thru VERY soon. The view was amazing but SADLY the way the water is coming up this place may not be there much longer. We stayed across the street 2 years ago and the beach we laid on is completely under water now. All the beach access we used then are now boarded up. But our walk wasnt any further really. But even at low tide there is not alot of beach left and it filled up QUICKLY. The movement of the water over a couple years was kinda crazy to see. The AC isnt going to last much longer either if someone doesnt change that filter, IT WAS BAD.I feel sorry for whoever pays the light bill cause i know that AC UNIT is struggling and running constantly with all the dust covering it. My husband cleaned it the best he could because we def didnt want it to quit with us there. The bedroom has no TV so thats just a heads up, no biggie, we brought our own small one. Internet/cable went out the first night but worked fine after that. We LOVED the balcony because with no beach in front of you the ocean is RIGHT THERE! You can even hear the waves crashing in bed. Speaking of bed, the memory foam mattress was AWESOME! VERY COMFORTABLE! We didnt cook at all but the kitchen SEEMED to have the basics. All in all not bad AT ALL. It was all we needed for a few days and it worked out perfectly

We couldn't had been more pleased with our accommodations, view, location to restaurants and shopping. Our rental chairs and umbrella were placed at the sandpiper entrance for convenience and beautiful days on beach. We will definitely be back.

Location, Location, Location - This property has it in spades. Yes, it was not as clean as some of the few others I have booked, but the beach can be unrelenting. The location, price and view from this condo was SO worth it and I would stay there again!!!

MOTHER/DAUGHTER TIME
I live far from my daughter so I decided the next visit would be at the beach. I did a bit of research and found Carolina Beach. A beautiful stretch of beach that is unlike any I've seen. The location of the condo was spectacular. We spent much of our time on the deck since the view was grand and relaxing. I hope to get back to Carolina Beach next year to duplicate our trip.
