“Great location!! We have stayed here several times due to being back in a quiet cove and in walking distance from the dock. We were a little disappointed that the slide on the dock was no longer there but it is still in the VRBO pictures. The hot tub was cold when we arrived but I contacted the manager and she replied right away and told us how to fix it. It warmed up very fast! They added a nice little fire pit area and my kids really enjoyed hanging out there at night. ”

“Payton’s place is a beautiful home. The views are gorgeous. Loved swimming at the dock. We enjoyed our vacation overall. “The location of the property was great as it was just a short walk to the marina. The porch was a wonderful retreat, too. We however, felt the property needed a good sweeping and mop job. After our 7 month old baby dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch, we found trash, cups, wrappers, and dust bunnies galore. “We stayed for a long weekend with our teens. Nice area, plenty of space for our family, good WiFi and things to do. We found the musty odor of the home unpleasant, that isn't totally uncommon with rentals and the change of seasons. Unfortunately we were only able to use the hot tub once before it started to have issues. Andrew was very attentive to our concerns but it did spoil some of our fun. Andrew was a good host!”
