Labor Day Weekend Away
We had a wonderful stay! The condo was just as shown. Quiet relaxing location close to Traverse City, wineries, Elk Rapids etc The owner is prompt when asking a question. We will keep this on our preferred places to stay when coming up north.

Perfect condo for a stay in Traverse City area
We stayed here as it was close to the Traverse City Horse Show. The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures, beautifully furnished, clean, and stocked with everything you could need. Very close to the horse show and easily accessible to downtown Traverse, Elk Rapids and everything the area has to offer. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Great Location
Great location on the resort - plenty of space for the two of us on a business trip. Right on a golf green so plenty of entertainment watching bad golf shots from the deck! 😆 The host was very easy to deal with and super helpful. Would gladly stay here again.

Great getaway in a fantastic property
We came up to Traverse City for a quick 3 day vacation. We have stayed in several properties previously in the area including hotels and other VRBO’s. We have grown to prefer VRBO properties with some space and all the conveniences of home. This condo is very spacious, quiet, clean, and well appointed. Great location on the resort property located a short walk to the hotel. Outdoor deck overlooks a green on the Spruce course and we enjoyed watching the golfers. It was just the 2 of us for the stay, but could easily accommodate families or a couples trip. 3 nice sized bedrooms, nice kitchen, and large great room. This is a great location to enjoy easy access to the resort, downtown TC, local wineries, casino, etc. Very nice property and we would definitely return.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEW
We spent 10 days at this condo while in the Traverse City area for a family event. The host was prompt with all our questions prior to and following our stay. Checking in and out were a breeze. No need to contact the host during our stay as everything was in great condition and just as pictured! Actually, it is prettier in "real life" than the photos. There was a lot of room for family to visit...including several seating areas. There was the living room with a smaller conversation area off to the side, a screened in porch/sunroom, the open deck, and the dining area. It worked out perfectly!!!!! Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, glasses and cookware. All bedrooms were very nice size with comfortable beds and bathrooms were well appointed. It was SO nice to be in this quiet, beautiful setting in an area surrounded by nature. No street noise! We had easy access to Traverse City, Petoskey/Charlevoix, Mackinac Island and Leelanau county. Perfect location for our stay. Thanks for a special location for a special occasion.

Trip to Traverse
Had a great weekend with friends. The condo was set up perfectly for us to sit around the table enjoying meals and cards. The open floorplan made it very comfortable for everyone to be in the kitchen, or the living room and still feel part of the conversation.

Beautiful Northern Michigan
Had a great stay for family wedding at Grand Traverse. Location of condo was walking distance to hotel, short drive to downtown and wineries. Very will maintain and clean. Enjoyed watching golfers from patio.

Beyond expectations
We stayed here while in town for a wedding. The place was easy to find with easy parking. This shows-well in the pics, but it is even better. All 3 bedrooms are lovely. The open deck and the screened/heated enclosed “deck” were a nice bonus. We watched golfers play through as we had our morning coffee. The owner was extremely quick to respond and answer our questions. We would certainly choose this property again.

Would give this 10 stars if I could!
Peter was a great and professional host. He was very responsive always and helped us out getting in ahead of time due to a bad experience with a different rental app. The condo was immaculate and peaceful. Beautifully furnished with top notch bedding and towels. I cook a lot and the kitchen was well supplied. Appreciated the huge coffee maker as we all love it. The condo was very spacious and quiet. Everyone slept well.. it was so relaxing. Plenty of hot water for 5 of us. Location is not far from town. If you go the opposite way out of the Grand Traverse, there’s a small campground/park with beach that is pretty private most of the time. Would highly recommend a stay here for any reason.

Perfect Place for Conference Attendees
My colleagues and I stayed at this location for a conference at The Grand Traverse Resort. This condo was perhaps the closest condo on property to the resort itself. It was clean, offered privacy with 3 great bedrooms and had all the amenities we needed plus more. I will definitely try to stay here again for both personal and business trips.
