“The home was overall very nice. It had everything needed for a few nights and was very close to a cut-through path to the Airport Loop hiking trail. I liked that it is away from the busy part of town, but close enough to get there when wanted. There were a couple of downsides that might not bother others, so I didn't deduct stars. The sheets are cheap microfiber and the pillows were also very cheap and over-used. The washing machine is small, making a pod of detergent too much to rinse out...

“The check-in and communication with Jay was easy and to the point. The house was in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do. The Parks Pass and bottle of wine were greatly appreciated! The house had everything we needed - huge kitchen, sitting area, TV room and comfy beds! Plus plenty of wildlife in the relaxing backyard/patio area. ”

“The listed pictures matched the condo. There was enough space for 3 couples (6 adults). Kitchen was well equipped for cooking as well as ample living room space. There is also a little terrace with chairs that can be used and a fireplace. Pool and hot tub were a plus (towels and a key are provided for access). The only things that could be improved were: 1) provide seating for 6 people around the dining room table. The property allows 6 people max but there are only 4 chairs for seating. This...

“At each level this is a great place to stay - clean, bright, warm. The stairs are tough, as we were all 70+, mostly getting the luggage up and down. Otherwise it was a great distance to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Each bedroom having its own bathroom and balcony was very nice. Nice morning coffee spot just 2 blocks away. To the owner - instructions for the coffee maker would be nice. We used the last of your tissues and couldn’t replace in time. ”

“This location is outside of Sedona and is set in a beautiful area with great views! The house had plenty of space for us. The amenities were as stated online. As we traveled on motorcycles, the dirt road to enter the property was a little challenging, but doable. Great place!”
