Fantastic Collier Home

This home in Collier, near Brownwood, was a Beautiful home that my family stayed in for the week. We came down to The Villages to visit family and this Collier home was a wonderful stay as we golf carted around and played golf, fished, played pickleball, and listened to music in Brownwood throughout the week. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

For the best location, clean comfortable home this is it!

When we arrived at the property, we were very pleased to find everything was spotless. As we started cooking, we opened the cabinets and a fully stocked kitchen greeted us. Anything you could want was provided in the home. The beds were very comfortable and towels were lush. The golf cart was fun, driving to rec center, squares and supermarket.We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to rent again someday.

Excellent place to stay in The Villages!

This is a fantastic property and it is located close to amenities within The Villages. You'll love the quiet neighborhood. The home feels just like being at home and they've thought of all the things you'll need during your stay. I especially appreciated stuff like plastic wrap in the kitchen for wrapping up left overs, along with all the utensils you need to prepare a meal.

Visiting my son.

I came to The Villages to visit my son and ask some close friends to join us. Everything was neat, clean, and ready to go. We only had one complication which Joni ( Hostess) came and addressed right away. It all went smoothly and we definitely would stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you so much for a great stay.

** A , 10 out of 10! What more can we say!

Wow! This was our first time ever to visit The Villages and this property was perfect. Why? Location, location, location! It’s near the Brownwood paddock Square. It’s near the Eisenhower rec center. There’s an adult only pool very nearby. Also two golf courses and another rec center all within walking distance.. The golf cart was a nice benefit too! Looking forward to coming back!

Excellent Location

This home is clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. The location is perfect! Very close to two recreation centers, Brownwood, and a Publix. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe there. The golf car is in excellent condition and was full of fuel ready to go. It’s obvious that the owners take pride in maintaining their properties

A Villages retreat

Great property and location and Villages experience!

A perfect getaway from winter in New York… Joni was great to work with and the house was perfect for me and my husband and spacious enough for hosting family and friends. The golf cart amenity was essential for enjoying golf and the ride to Brownwood was just minutes away, so we enjoyed the easy access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment!

Well appointed villa

We had a great visit. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was close to the rec center, pickle ball and tennis courts, golf, and Brownwood Square. Our host was friendly and nice to work with.

Paradise in The Villages

This was the perfect Villas in the heart of the Villages. Everything you could possibly need in a vacation rental was available. Joni is a perfect Hostess. We had our Golden Doodle with us. There was a dog bed and other items in the closet for your puppy. The Fenced yard a total plus. The screened Lania was awesome. We had dinner and lunch outside numerous times. The Golf Cart is absolutely a plus. We used it to go all around the Villages. The Villages are very dog friendly. I loved it so much there. I am looking into moving in the near future. Location was great. Property well equipped. However previous guest was a pet owner and house had not been properly cleaned. Pet hair everywhere. We vacuumed twice and mopped floors, washed throw blankets and wiped down furniture. Removed dog bed from master bedroom.

An Amazing Time

The home was absolutely perfect upon arrival. Checking in and out was flawless. The location was perfect for our stay. Very close to Brownwood Town Square. This stay made our anniversary trip a very memorable one. We visited with family that live in The Villages. We even house shopped, but unfortunately didn’t find house just yet.
