The house was perfect for our family of 5 plus a grandmother. The house was extremely clean and it smelled fresh and airy upon arrival and throughout our entire stay. I am sensitive (grosses me out) to odd smells and this place had none!! My kids had zero allergy issues either, so that was a huge win. All appliances worked perfectly. Kitchen was very nice with an open dining layout which was great for having family over for pot luck dinners. My kids loved sitting outside on the various balconies to read and color during our down time, while we adults enjoyed some drinks in the evenings. Very nice garage to store one car and also all of your beach gear, wagons, strollers, etc. They do have loads of beach chairs in excellent condition, but we used ours just bc we brought them. Quiet street with not much noise, which was good for us since one child still takes daytime naps. Perfect location for everything...short walk to the beach (our 3 year old easily did it!), and even a shorter walk to bike rentals and ice cream, with a playground and splash pad right there.
