Very Nice Accomodations
This place is a great value for anyone one looking for something more comfortable and private than the hotels/motels in town. The grocery store is just 4 miles from here as is the AFB. I will definitely book a stay next time I'm in town.

SUPER close to Sheppard AFB
We wanted something close to the AFB - and this was great. It's a little outside of the city but still minutes from base. It's located in a Sante Fe style building - half of the building is a business and the back is a home. It boasts a dog run and area for them to do their business and be safe from the busy road etc. The home has literally everything you need to allow you to cook all meals. spices, oil and some condiments and coffee and creamer etc. The living area and kitchen are open and comfortable. There is a great hot tub in one of the bathrooms...the set up is different but would work very well when traveling with littles. The hot tub was a nice way to unwind after spending a day hiking. There is a propane grill on back patio...and don't miss the sunset from the front of the home if you can... it was gorgeous.

Cozy house 3 miles from SAFB
My mother and I and my two teenage granddaughters stayed here when we came out to visit them. We all loved it. The house is beautiful, well kept and well stocked. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels, blankets and everything we needed for cooking a few meals while we were there. The hostess had everything ready for us when we arrived with many special touches to make it feel like home away from home. We will definitely stay again if we are blessed enough to visit again.

Do it! Stay here!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Exceptionally clean, ac works wonderful, as well as the radiant floors. We enjoyed the patio area mornings and evenings, love watching planes and jets fly into the base. We love the country and this was out of town yet close to town. The adjustable bed was awesome and the Jacuzzi tub! They’ve added wonderful touches throughout. You won’t be disappointed! We enjoyed everything about the home.

Comfortable stay in Wichita Falls area
We were in town for a quick stay. This property is perfect for short stays but would be greater for longer visits as well. The space is clean, open, bright, and welcoming (including the snacks left in a basket on the counter). There is plenty of room to spread out in case one of you needs an area to work. There is a jetted tub in one of the bathrooms and a shower stall in the other. I appreciated the washer and dryer in unit and the signage noting which room to use as a storm shelter should it become necessary, although we did not need to use either of these items during our stay. We did not have time to enjoy the outdoor area, but it looked relaxing and we would have taken advantage if we were there longer. The gated dog run area is an added bonus for those traveling with a dog. The property is located within short distance of the base but also a quick drive to downtown Wichita Falls, Midwestern State University, etc. We arrived quite late at night, but clear entry directions made it easy to know where to park and how to unlock the door. Host was communicative and responded within a short amount of time when I had a question before I booked. If we are in the area again, we will definitely seek out this property for another stay.

Amazing time
Such an amazing stay that we wanted to stay longer. Even our local family was amazed and wanted to know how to book it for themselves. The owners have gone the extra mile and then some with having all the little stuff you might need and forgot. We will definitely have to book whenever we come down to visit.

A clean and private place
This unit is located on a main road, easy to get to. It is adjacent to an office of a company, but we found it to be a very quiet situation. The room arrangement is non-standard, but it worked well for our needs. The place was immaculately clean and outfitted with lots of needed and nice items: plenty of towels in bath and kitchen, good stock of dishes and kitchen tools, comfy and clean furniture, nice beds and linens. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Best rental in Wichita Falls!
My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this rental about a dozen times over the course of 6 months. Every stay was great! The house was clean and well thought out for guests. It was stocked with snacks and basic groceries, and extra toiletries in case you forget something. They even have a small collection of toys that my kids loved to play with on every stay. Sherry and Mike work on site and are extremely responsive and helpful for any questions that we had. We have stayed at almost every listing in Wichita Falls while on work assignments, and this one was by far the best. Especially if you are traveling with dogs. They have an amazing dog run attached to the back that is totally secure from predators or for escape artists, and gave me piece of mind that my dogs (and kids) were safe. It’s located very near the Air Force base and was easily accessible to the other side of town and definitely worth the extra 5 minutes of driving. If you stay in the winter, the radiant heat floors and huge spa tub will keep you nice and cozy, and the beds are soft and comfortable. I’m genuinely going to miss staying here!

Home away from home
It was a beautiful home away from home. If you forgot to pack something- Sherry had already thought about it and it is stocked! She is one step ahead of making sure your visit is comfortable and stress free. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Great place to stay
This was a wonderful place to stay. It was my girl, her mom, and I who stayed. Very relaxing, easy to follow instructions for items, had a problem with tv was fixed imediately, snacks left on counter, no problems finding it or where to park.

Great Value
Clean, well stocked, great value, spacious, lots of amenities. On the negative side, no views, unattractive lot, next to highway, and closest grocery store is 9 miles away. Still, I preferred this place much better than a motel/ hotel room and I highly recommend it for those looking for a fully equipped house at a great price.

Perfect stop on our road trip!
We were looking for someplace outside of the city that was pet friendly and affordable. This is your place! It was private, had everything we needed and so much more. It’s apparent that the owners love being hosts. There were snacks and even breakfast items, plenty of coffee and creamer, etc. We got there late and left early, so we didn’t get to use the amenities, they have thought of everything! We will definitely come back on our next trip through Texas.
