Adorable cabin with tons of amenities & super clean. We travel frequently & this home was super clean. So many items are provided that are above @ beyond. Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body soap in showers. Separate white hot tub towels. Kitchen has spices, storage containers, oils, zip loc bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap. The front porch is awesome to watch the sunset while rocking. We loved the hot tub & we made a fire to roast s'mores. Kids loved corn hole, connect four, huge chess game. Location is in-between Sylva & Cherokee. We went white water rafting in Bryson City, tubing in Cherokee, ate dinner in Sylva. Drove into the Smoky Mountains park to hike. Went to the Tuckaleechee caves. There is a super Walmart in Sylva only 20 min drive from cabin. The road to the cabin is steep, when it rains in can be a little slick, the road to the cabin is dirt & gets pretty rough when it rains, so go slow. The cabin feels very private even though there are neighbors, but the tree cover provides cover. The host are kind & attentive.

The best of everything- cabin and owners

All future stays anywhere and everywhere will forever be judged against this cabin and the owners. The cabin: its cleanliness, amenities, accessories, view, all on 1 floor, entrance walkway ramp, 2 king beds, covered deck, etc. The owners: accessible, friendly, prompt, professional, conscientious, etc.

Wow!!!

Very impressed with the cleanliness. The view of the sunsets were absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen was stocked very well with everything a person would need in the kitchen. The road up the hill was gravel and I am very scared to drive those types of roads because I panic. Gail assured me it would be a piece of cake if I would keep my speed at about 7-8 mph. I did great!!! The one thing my friends and i agreed upon were the mattresses. They were the most comfortable mattresses we had ever slept on! I asked Gail what the name of the mattress was. Im going to look into purchasing one for our home. Gail was very prompt returning my texts. We were all 70 years old. The ramp and everything being on one floor really helped!Thank you,Tanya R.

First and foremost, the cabin was impeccably clean. The owner had everything supplied we needed for the 3 days we stayed. It is obvious the owner has thought of every single detail to make your stay outstanding and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Falcon Ridge

Your cabin was perfect for our week in the mountains! We enjoyed the wonderful porch and view. Our host were very gracious to bring us flashlights when the power went out.

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was beautiful. Had everything we needed to make our stay great. The views from the porch were absolutely beautiful. The hot tub was a plus. Gorgeous cabin inside and out. Gail was awesome as a host. We couldnt have asked for better. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. 5 stars all the way!!

Beautiful Property

Even nicer than depicted! The cabin is cozy and well appointed. It’s perfect for a getaway for 2, but plenty of room for a few friends or family too. We appreciated the ease of communication and detailed information provided. We’d definitely like to return if traveling to the area again.

Anniversary Weekend Getaway

Our hosts were amazing, the directions to the property and recommended grocery store was very helpful. We literally spent 90% of our time at the cabin. We love the decor and fully stocked kitchen - very cozy and welcoming. The outdoor area was very well maintained and we utilized the hot tub and grill which were very nice. Highly recommend for a couples getaway, and wouldnlove to plan another trip to this beautiful cabin in the fall to see the colors in the mountains.

Beautiful house

This house looked just like the pictures in the description! Absolutely stunning and the cleanest, most well maintained property that we have stayed in. The driveway was just as described by host. If you follow their recommendations, you won’t have any issues. We enjoyed the close proximity of the property to Harrah’s casino. 13 minutes and you’re there! Gail is an amazing host with great communication. This property is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Mountain Getaway

This home is beautiful with a beautiful view! We spent a few days including Christmas Day with one of our sons and his family. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fireplace and the Christmas decor! We explored the nearby towns of Sylva and Bryson City and rode the Polar Express on Christmas Eve. It was a great getaway and we would love to see it again with the fall colors. The owners are very responsive and helpful.

Great mountain weekend!

Nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable mountain getaway. Convenient location for the Polar Express/GSMR, but not in the middle of the hustle bustle. Kitchen and amenities are well-stocked and cabin is perfect for 4-6. We will be back for our next GSMR stay!

Beautiful Whittier Cabin

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and owner had it well stocked with everything you need! Location was great! Just minutes from Cherokee and Bryson City. It was one of the nicest cabins we have ever rented!!

Absolutely Gorgeous

This property is fabulous. The communication from the time we booked was on spot. The cabin is in immaculate condition. The owners Gail and Johannes thought of anything and everything someone would need for a home. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I wish i could give more than 5 stars. Definitely reccomend

Exquisite HOME AND OWNERS

I don't know where to begin with our RAVE review about this home and the owners. The home is above and beyond on ALL levels. They supply you with so many extras! I've literally never stayed at such a place. The owners are so sweet and kind. We arrived during Hurricane Helene to no power. They had flashlights and water ready. They checked in on us and even came out during really bad weather. They were always quick to respond with any questions I had. Upon chatting with them, they make you feel like family not just a rental guest. There were snacks for the kids, tons of fun activities -like the large connect 4, to do while we waited for the storm to pass. Everything was so pristine - you would think it was a brand new home with all new items, just for you. It was a scary time but staying there you felt so safe. They really went above and beyond for us. I really hope we have the opportunity to stay there again. I really feel this was the BEST place we could have been during a REALLY BAD AND SAD time for Western Carolina. Our hearts go out to all of those effected.
