“We were in town for a wedding. This place was just what we needed. Beds were comfy, place was clean, and location was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had read reviews that mentioned the train which was good to know ahead of time. I made two casseroles to take to a brunch and the kitchen was stocked with the necessary kitchen utensils. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This was the most immaculate stay!! Everything was clean, everything was usable, and there were so many extras! I’ve never had a rental fully load me up with snacks, beverages, even a bottle of wine! There was a small surprise to take home, every place to hang out was comfortable and equipped with anything you’d ever think of needing. This place was well worth the cost considering the extras and the location. Thank you for sharing your space!”

“Very Nice home with updated bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Great entertainment area for watching movies when weather was not great. 3 full bathrooms and a great master bedroom suite. The lake view was very cool. and the dock area and boat very nice. The home is in a lagoon area so Not great swimming by dock but short way out the water clears up nicely.”

“Excellent stay at Nice and Cozy. Plenty of room for everyone and i ejoyed that the host had everhing we might have needed tonise. Although the hose was pretty clean, i would suggest a little dusting, especially in the corners in the upstairs bedrooms near the AC units. I would absolutely recommend this this place to anyone visiting the area. ”

“Exceptionally gracious host with ultra fast communication. The house was quiet despite being on a busy road. Only challenge was the heating system - confirm with owner that it's been dealt with before renting in cold weather. The downstairs was very cold and the upstairs extremely hot. Perhaps it was just an adjustment we missed or one that they can make. We would happily consider staying in the property again. It's really nice having a wonderful host to work with!”
