Lovely home with beautiful views
Little house on the hill was a super-cute, incredibly well-stocked rental. The views were beautiful, and we could even see a glimpse of Mt. Hood from the driveway. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful country setting and would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway
This was a perfect getaway spot. We were visiting friends in the area so it made sense to be outside of town. The property and house was easy to find. The host was super nice and even surprised us with a baked treat when we arrived. Everything was lovely. We will definitely book again if we make our way back to the area.

Beautiful location
This was a beautiful location high in the hills. Wonderfully remote, but the little house had everything you would need. Katie was very helpful and communicative. Wi-Fi worked well. Nice patio and comfortable bed. Would stay again for sure.

Perfect little get- away
Such a great time just outside of white salmon! My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary/mountain biking get- away. It was everything we were looking for. Everything was well considered for the accommodations.

Quiet and perfect
We loved our brief stay at the Little House. The owners made sure that we had all the information we needed during our stay. The house was super clean, well appointed and just perfect. I wish we had more time to visit but we will definitely be back!

Charming and cozy country getaway
Very cute and cozy place to stay in the country. About 10-15 minutes from town which is just far enough away for some beautiful sunsets and night skies. Hosts are very friendly and communicative, I had some issues with my flight in and Katie helped make sure I was comfortable and had no issues when I finally arrived.

Great stay!
My only regret is that we could only stay one night. If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle this is a perfectly quiet the spot. The host is amazing at making sure you have a great stay. Our daughter loved the collection of games. The views on the way out from White Salmon are incredible!!

comfortable getaway
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at The Little House on The Hill in White Salmon. Our place was located in the country a short drive out of town. We could see Mt. Hood from our bedroom, and we enjoyed the sunset each night on adirondack chairs outside. The bed and the living room furniture was comfortable. We cooked our meals there . The kitchen had anything you might forget, and great assortment of coffees and teas. It was an easy kitchen to cook in. The bathroom was stocked with many items one might forget to pack also. There was plenty of outlets, and several places to "plug in" for electronics. I could go on. The property manager, Katie was great! She communicated with us prior, during, an after our stay. Which we appreciated. To sum it up... It's a great getaway

The cottage is huge! Everything is new and spotless. The pictures don’t do it justice!
Comfortable. We felt spoiled. All the kitchen amenities you could imagine are supplied. Comfortable bed with high end soft bedding. Beautifully appointed decoration. Star gazing was amazing. Great blankets to use outside to keep warm. Just beautiful inside and out. Katie was available but not intrusive. Excellent hostess.

Quiet, Convenient, and Charming Stay
Beautiful, large, stand-alone building on a quiet property with easy access to Hood River and Columbia River Gorge activities. Very clean and comfortable. Katie is a wonderful hostess and provided everything we could need, including great local hiking advice and very cute gift mugs, water bottles, and snacks. Thanks Katie!

Very comfortable.
Very clean and comfortable and peaceful place. Host was very considerate, providing thoughtful accessories. We forgot a wall charger for our cell phone. Two were provided without asking. Host also had some nice welcoming gifts waiting for us on the counter. Nice outdoor seating options too.

Amazingly wonderful
Wonderful stay! Katie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, answer our questions, and just help us in general. The property is in the beautiful countryside, and the house was spotless and spacious. Of note, the kitchen was fantastic—so easy to cook there. Everything— and then some—was supplied in the kitchen. Many thanks, Katie. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to the Columbia Gorge.
