High Service Fees with Poor Support
There is a short in the 3-way light switch that caused lights to either be super bright when microwave was run or not turn on with switch after several attempts. The refrigerator was beeping for over 45 minutes even though the doors were closed; assuming another short. Be prepared to immediately do a little shopping as there was little amenities in room. There was only sesame oil for any cooking, 1coffee packet for a pot, besides salt and pepper there was only schwarma seasoning, & only 1 large garbage bag for 7 day stay. When I finally got my check-in docs (as the attached letter with key information was not sent until 20 minutes before arrival after requesting again missing in information) I note there were lots of warning about extra costs for not removing trash from room, not cleaning kitchen & dishes, or damages. When I went to address damages to the front desk of resort of the noted damages upon check-in as requested in attached email, front desk manager indicated I would need to contact host. With each request, no one came by to check on refridge issue or was able to provide missing garbage bags. Instead it was requested that lodger should pick them up and save receipt. Pretty unprofessional behavior running a resort property. Paid a pretty hefty daily fee for less than stellar lodging.
