“We were down for a baseball tournament in Rosenberg. The house was clean and the neighborhood was nice. We had no complaints with the stay and the house was exactly as described. ”

“I rented this house for my adult children who came into town for their sister’s wedding. It was perfect for them. The owner is very responsive and provides a lot of amenities. He even left sodas and water for the group. Would definitely rent again. ”

“The house is brand new and everything was just as pictured. Satisfactory host who is not intrusive at all. Everything in the house worked as it should. The property is light on bath towels and kitchenware considering there is space for 10, so pack appropriately. ”

“This cute little house was exactly as the pictures showed. Decorated so cute and very roomy. The only negative I have is there were several broken windows, taped up, broken blinds and the yard and landscape was very unkept.”

“This property was great. My Family (36 people) comfortably stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed all of the amenities. The gym, pool, smores, fishing and kayaking were highlights of the trip. The host was very responsive and the onsite hmanager (Benny) was absolutely great. Overall great stay!”

“We stayed her to come hunt Sandhill Cranes a couple days. Conveniently located, it’s 7 minutes to a Dollar General, on a dead end road in a nice farm neighborhood, and located on the Colorado River. The home is older but has been updated, has an open floor plan. There is a plenty of shaded areas and a nice BBQ pit to use. The only thing that I could think of that would have made the stay more enjoyable is a small fire pit to sit by as you stare at the setting sun acrooss the river. ”

“The photos do not do the property justice! We loved everything about the property and would highly recommend to anyone, especially large groups. There is plenty of room to spread out or all be together and lots of fun activities from basketball to activities on the lake.”
