“Crystal was very friendly and welcoming. I can’t emphasize more how clean and tidy the room is— better than a lot of expensive hotel rooms I stayed in. Lovely bathroom amenities too. Nice toilet paper and face tissue — which a lot of other places tend to go cheap on. The bus stop is right outside and walkable distance to the plaza and supermarket. Already booked it again for my next trip to Palmy.”

“This place was absolutely immaculate and it truly sparkles. It is if not the cleanest, then it's as clean as any hotel or similar we have ever stayed in, anywhere around the world. They have thought of everything and provided it. Lovely bed linen, towels and a very comfortable bed. The shower is great, the spa is one of the best and there are no leaks! “Clean & tidy. Staff were courteous and helpful when I rang to request a foldaway bed as an extra for the room. Check in / Check out was fast and easy. Hotel was a good walkable distance to Esplanade Park, supermarket & Plaza mall. No update on webite/booking sites to indicate spa pool not available & swimming pool water was very milky & cloudy. “Loved everything about this well-priced motel. It was well appointed with everything you need, the layout was excellent, and the beds were comfortable.
