“Everything is as listed on the website, is a relax quiet and the beach is a walking distance from lot, the only downside is a low phone signal on Tmobile service, water in ocean wasn’t as clear as Mexico’s beach, but not sure if is always like that or just the days i was there , i would definitely come back, the stars view at night was amazing,🙂🙂”

With the boat ramp being only minutes away from the property, my family and I were able to be on the water much more than I expected. “We come to the Cape ever year and first time at this spot. We enjoyed our time here and love when we can stay in our own camper! Our side was balmy breazes One and the sewage pipe is a bit high. It made it difficult to properly drain our tanks. Next time we hope to rent the other side because of this. About a 2 min walk to the beach along a nice path.
