“Beautiful B&B, in a lovely quiet area of Bruges. Short walking distance to Christmas Markets. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Good parking with electric charging. Lovely comfortable bed, great shower. Breakfast was very good. Overall great place. ”

“We did not see the owner at all during the stay. The whole property is full of dust and hasn't been cleaned for a while. There is no breakfast option during weekends (even if paying extra), the kitchen common area is not maintained (trash full of garbage not emptied, milk expired for 2 months in the fridge). It's like if the owner does not care much about the guests. It really felt dirty, unmaintained, and unmanaged. Other clients left after 1 night out of 3 without bothering claiming for refund...
