“Apartment is located minutes from everything. Home owner was incredibly diligent with his communication and answered every question during the pre-rental process as well during the time in the apartment within seconds on the VRBO app and via text.Apartment is very spacious and allowed for a very comfortable stay with my family. Apartment has a full kitchen allowing for grocery delivery throughout our stay.Highly recommend w/o hesitation! Enjoy NYC everyone!”

“Amazing location everything is a 10ish minute walk or less subway,mall,timesquare. Property is beautiful and has a good view of the some of the city. The property manager was very communicative and helpful and understanding with everything definitely recommend 10/10 would stay again.”

“I wanted so much to love this place. It was a location that I hoped that I could use again and again but unfortunately there was no building provided heat on the first night of the stay. Only a small electric heater that took a lot to track down from the host. I had to wear my coat that first night. I was very dissatisfied with the correspondence with the host. So much about the space was good, but no heat was a deal breaker.”

“The apartment was nice, small, 2 beds in the bedroom and a couch in the living room (not sofa bed as listed). There is a bodega next door with a deli counter. Safe neighborhood, locked entry, well lit street, it's a bit of a walk to Times Square. We had a minor snag when we arrived, but the host responded promptly to take care of things. We were happy with this apartment for our girls weekend. ”

“This was a good, clean place for us to stay near my daughter for a month, when her new baby was born. The host was very responsive throughout our visit, and was willing to provide things (like additional storage) that were needed. It’s on the ground floor, which makes access easy, and it’s a pretty quiet street (mostly families, and a couple schools) most of the time. When it’s not quiet, the noise is unfortunately right out your window. I wasn’t bothered, but my husband is a light sleeper, and...

“Price- excellentLocation- excellentFor the price what I received was good. Could have been cleaner but it was decent. If you’re looking to visit New York without breaking the bank, I would recommend. The location was in a prime location, so close to Times Square and lots of shopping and restaurants. They should definitely remodel this property because it could be amazing with some remodeling. ”
