Be aware of this property
We were all looking forward to a much needed and anticipated vacation. This expensive vacation was essentially ruined.
This is basically a three story house. The description said A/C. The main floor where kitchen living area had a/c but the top floor where bedrooms are DID NOT HAVE A/C. So to say it was horrible is an understatement, this area was 27 degrees C. Our host tried to argue with us but eventually realized he had been lied to as well. The bedrooms had these giant ass industrial ceiling fans, you couldn’t even hear each other when talking. Our host did supply three extra fans but it really didn’t help. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. we would not have rented this property.
There was no bath towels, no face cloths, no extra pillows or blankets(like to use in couch), no steak knives, no strainer, only 8 chairs for their ten person table(2 bar stools) instead of chairs. Ice maker was broken, no ice cube trays to make our own. Some of dishes dirty and frying pan had dried egg all over it.
Host did bring towels, face cloths, pillows. So then we had one towel each and one extra pillow for 4/5 beds.
To get to the pool, these were the options: go down a tight winding stair case inside, 10 broken stone uneven stairs outside or a steep hill. After that there were another 4 wooden steps. Our host told us a few steps. The yard, view and house was stunning. We were also told there was direct access to beach, there is not. The descriptive changed after we had already paid.
