“This property provides direct access to a lovely lake for kayaking and swimming. It is also a terrific location for Berkshire musts such as Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood. The owner is quickly responsive to questions and directions for check in were easy to follow. The house has strong WiFi for any work days you have while traveling. “While a little far away from local attractions, this quiet in law suite was just the right size for a week long stay.The kitchen appliances aren’t perfect, as the kitchen itself was very compact, but the rest of the amenities more than made up for it.And the free breakfast at the owners’ café down the street was phenomenal. Delicious drinks, pastries, and fruit bowls made every morning a good morning. This alone would bring us back to this property should we return to this area.”

“From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. The home was simple, quaint, and super cozy. Perfect for a nice long relaxing weekend for both the dogs and people. The views from the sun room were lovely. The deck/patio area had a beautiful view of the water. The fire pit was a nice perk in the evening. Surrounded by water, the place felt so private....

“Otis reservoir is one of my favorite places on earth. Tracy's place is right on the water and having a dock to moor our 18 foot sport boat was fabulous. We sat by the fire pit on two separate evenings and use the grill as well. The cottage was extremely comfortable! Everyone remarked on what great night sleeps they got.The neighbors were also very friendly. It was a wonderful family vacation.”

“The cabin is charming, rustic, and a perfect getaway for a birthday or romantic weekend trip.The pollinator garden is truly a delight, and I loved watching them in the morning. The garden has even motivated my partner and I to start one at home.I wish that the mosquitoes were not present as well, but they are to be expected during the summer in MA.Overall, the stay was amazing. Marci was super sweet and left some nice gifts for my birthday. I definitely want to have another stay here again!”

“The house was perfectly situated on the lake. It had areas that I could close the gates, deck/yard, to keep in or out my 3yr old grandson and our dog. It made for a very relaxing time for all of us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of toys to keep my grandson occupied! My 15 yr old granddaughter loved fishing off the deck and the dock. The host was very available and helpful. The grocery store was a short drive away! I will definatly book this house again next...
