“Last year we loved this property and location so much that we booked it again for this year while my grandson played baseball at Cooperstown. It was a great place for the kids to unwind after their games. The kids enjoyed paddle boarding, fishing, and some hiking. The only recommendation that I would suggest is to list the fact that the property has no washer and dryer so that people would be prepared. We were prepared this year, but we struggled a little last year with minimal clothes.”

“The cottage is definitely an old farm house, with some great updates. It was comfortable and quiet and relaxing to be there. I was there for a Baseball tournament at Dreams Park, so my trip wasn't exactly relaxing, but being at the cottage was. Also having the Sunflower Cafe across the street was key. ”
