We booked "Cozy Studio" with Kitchen on VRBO website. When we went to checkin with Vacasa (property manager) 24 hours prior, we learned that there was no kitchen, just a bed, bathroom, tv and chair. We attempted to resolve with Vacasa and they would not return our call with a resolution as they had promised. They acknowledged the lack of kitchen but refused a refund. We filed complaint case with VRBO and they would not even refund our $166 booking fee. We spend hours trying to resolve this situation, unfortunately without success. We cancelled our trip and are out $1300.
