Disfruta de esta espaciosa casa de campo en un lote de esquina con una cerca completamente en el espacio del patio trasero. Duerme cómodamente 10-12 invitados. Piscina en el suelo, patio cubierto con mosquitero y zonas de estar al aire libre.
Solo traiga su equipaje nosotros nos encargaremos del resto. Completamente amueblado, incluyendo televisores de pantalla plana, WiFi, Internet, cable, ropa de cama y una cocina equipada para entretener. A minutos de la zona ecuestre, tiendas y restaurantes. La casa fue renovada en 2019, por lo que todo es nuevo. Conveniente para todo!

Better than expected!
This is a spacious house with plenty of room for the family and pet. It was very clean and we felt quite comfortable. It is much lovelier in person than the pictures show. Close to shopping and restaurants. Thanks for a nice place for us to get away.

Excellent Christmas
This property was perfect for our immediate family to visit with local extended families. Spacious rooms allowed us to be stress free and enjoy the holiday. We were out on the patio as much as possible but cold temperatures didn’t allow for pool time. The location is easy to get to anything you desire. We hope to return in the future.

Comfortable stay
We enjoyed the home. Centrally located in wellington. We liked the corner lot with circular driveway. Its an oldernhome that has been renovated nicely. Open floorplan. It was very clean and bathrooms were renovated which are key for me. Everything was labeled so you lknew how to turn on lights. A welcome basket with snacks & A book with lots of tips and info was a nice touch. Owner is very responsive. We would consider staying here again.

Wellington Treasure
I have to admit that this trip to Wellington was not for pleasure but to escape Hurricane Ian. However, this property ended up being a wonderful stay and Noreen was fantastic! The house was clean, comfortable and in a great neighborhood. Once the outer bands from the hurricane passed, we were even able to enjoy some pool time before having to deal with the realities left by the storm. Big thanks to Noreen for accommodating us last minute and making us feel at home!

Pristine House!

Great home in a great location
We spent a week at Christmas in this lovely, spacious home. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with great amenities close by. Wish the pool was heated but we really enjoyed the screened patio, high ceilings, spacious family areas and comfy furniture.

A Real Family Place to Stay
We felt so comfortable at this property. Our pets were able to stay with us and they were safe which was great. They acclimated so well with lots of room to roam and rest. We cooked and ordered in and had plenty of options nearby. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Noreen was very communicative and quick to respond. Thank you for all your help.

Me and my adult children were here for the thanksgiving holiday. The house has a great layout, the location is great with easy access to restaurants, shopping, the horse show, etc. The beds are comfortable, the outdoor area is fantastic and the host was very attentive. Perfect vacation getaway! So clean and restful!
From the moment we walked in, we knew this was going to be the perfect location for a relaxing vacation for our family. The house was spotless, the decorations were updated and modern and the layout of the house was perfect for our family. Our favorite feature, of course, was the pool. Nice Layout
Master BR has a private bathroom, walk-in-closet, easy access to pool area and is private (across the house) from other two BRs. Large washer dryer. Nice kitchen. Nice large TV in living room and one car garage. Two bedrooms, including Master, get early sun so bring sleep masks (which we anticipated) if this bothers you. House and yard are a perfect size, not too big, not too small, just right! Plenty of chairs indoor and out. Will rent again.

Modern, comfortable and clean!
We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, especially the younger ones in our group. It is large. The home was clean and open, mostly we hung out under the covered patio, family TV room and kitchen. I like that for our group the master was located on one side of the house and the other two rooms were together on the other side with the shared bathroom. Perfect for an extended family with kids. We loved spending some time behind the house walking along the canal and finding fish, turtles, shellfish, birds and fruits! The neighbors are friendly. We were invited to help ourselves to some mangoes from a neighbors tree. When we arrived the pool had debris from a storm but the maintenance guys came and cleaned it up shortly after we called. The sink and tub in the shared also weren't draining but was taken care of after messaging Noreen. The kitchen had what we needed to start out with and enough of everything for cooking and lots of space to stock groceries. Laundry room was great and they provided vacuum, brush and pan, broom and swiffer mop so that we could easily clean up during our stay. The pictures are a true reflection of the place and I would stay here again. Definitely recommend this place.

Perfect house for WEF season
Can’t say enough good things about this property and the property managers. Great location — close to all. Noreen and Joseph so incredibly responsive to any and all questions. Clean, spacious, well decorated and appointed with everything you need. We were there four months and hated to leave!
