We are very happy to report that we made a virtual appearance at this wonderful VRBO facility, it looked so enticing that we could not turn away our eyes from the advertisement. The service is super and simple. An example: of us seven who wanted to stay there, 3 kids developed a couple weeks before COVID19 and my wife as well as the parents of the poor kids had another virus infect with a bad bronchiolitis. This culminated all 2 days before our annual travel into the blessed North Carolina, so that in accordance with the rules perfectly worked out for the money making owners and VRBO we could neither shift the rental to another time or ask for at least partial refund and therefore had no other options than the virtual one (see above) being stuck with. Well everyone is reimbursing me now with 1/7 of the costs to offset my payment. The Willows indeed would have been an ideal place to be, I was prior to our health disaster dreaming the dream of a 90 year of grandfather to go there and have a good time with my grandkids and trout fishing in the area which I also had to cancel, looking at the clips of last years success. The other good effect is that never I will rent a VRBO or other company-mediated property again, because in our age we never know, ultimately having to pay in vanity. Finally, your cleaning crew (CC) was outstanding, it did save itself from work and rather should have gotten an extra bonus. I am sure, VRBO was hung with paying the CC even though they did not work.
