A great place to stay
We enjoyed staying in this clean, comfortable and well-equipped cottage. We were in Haywood County to attend a music festival at Lake Junaluska, and enjoyed having just a short drive over to the lake grounds. Loved being at the end of the street; very private and quiet!

Wonderful Mountain Cottage
This is the second time we have stayed in this cottage and we will continue to stay here when we can. We had a great time enjoying the weather and the beauty of the leaves changing colors. This cottage is as advertised, very clean and comfortable. We look forward to our next visit!

Dependably Pleasant
This is my second visit to this property and my fifth visit to Maggie Valley/Waynesville area in as many years. This property is a pleasure to rent. It is always very clean and organized. The amenities are perfect for a week or more in the Mountains. I hope to return next year. One suggestion, and thus was registered with the Evolve Rep (Nini Wu), the television is a wonderful large flatscreen unit. The issue was trying to understand how to operate it with two different remotes. We were unab,e to get local, network programming. While we are in the go all day…nights are long and a restful and a TV evening is something we enjoy. Kindly considering putting together easy to follow step by step instructions on how to operate all three TV units. Thanks in advance for your consideration.

Mountain Getaway
This property is as advertised, very clean, comfortable and close to everything in Waynesville, Maggie Valley and Lake Junaluska. We had a great time enjoying the mountains, the weather and all the brilliant colors of the trees. The Apple Harvest Festival in Waynesville was alot of fun. We will definitely stay again!

GREAT PLACE
My granddaughters and myself stayed and had a wonderful time. I had originally booked from Monday to Friday, however, I found out on Friday before we arrived that we had to be back home on Thursday. I called the property owner, Nini Wu and sent her a text requesting reimbursement of Thursday night and she was forwarding onto your company for reimbursement. We did leave at 10:00 on Thursday, so please reimburse me for Thursday night which the property owner stated she would try to help me get reimbursement and had no objections whatsoever.

Comfortable and Cozy
The location is the perfect distance to allow us to be close to Lake Junaluska (3 minutes), but also avoid the chaos of traffic that you find with lakefront properties. The house is a great size, beds are comfortable, and the amenities seal the deal. Property owners were courteous, considerate and graciously accommodating. Would definitely book again!

Excellent base station!
This property provided us with a great place to stay, and then to go off and explore this most beautiful part of the state/country. The communication with the property manager was top notch! We enjoyed making use of the hot tub every evening. The house was spotless upon arrival and everything was well maintained and supplied. A great place to come “home” to at the end of a day of exploring and hiking!

Great fall get-away
This cottage is beautiful. All the little extra touches throughout were greatly appreciated, such as the supply and dispenser of bathroom soap, shampoo and conditioner, the paper supplies and mostly the spices in the kitchen. Not just salt and pepper, but an spice you an think of was available. We were a little concerned about privacy in the beginning, but this is the end house on the street so that along with the roll-up shades on the hot tub end of the porch satisfied every concern we had. Location is great and made travel to neighborning locations easy. I feel like we will be back. Thanks.
