“The unit was clean, sizable and well kept. The use of the outdoor heated pool and hot tub on some early November evenings was great. Speaking with another owner, he said it's really cool when there is snow on the ground while kids and parents alike enjoying the pool. Would definitely rent again.”

“The condo is very clean and comfortable. The beds are especially comfy. The property manager was quick to respond to my messages. Take note that there are stairs to navigate to access the condo. We are in our 60’s and had no problem. ”

“This apartment has gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline, plenty of room to spread out, and the toilet has a bidet, which I was obsessed with. Traveling to Manhattan was easy enough by Uber, but expensive because of the tolls. The bus is a less expensive option, but we had kids with us, and the Uber ended up being the better option. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this rental— it’s a quiet, safe location, and the host is super communicative. We had a great time 🙂”

“Cute apartment in the journal square area. Close to path about a 5 min walk. Took the path to get into Hoboken and downtown jersey city. Parking definitely a challenge-we parked our car in the Journal square parking garage $60 for 2 nights. That was about a 5 min walk as well. The apartment is a great little place. “My husband and I were attending the Halloween event and rented this property. It was very clean and cozy. I highly recommend. My only issue was that you have to check out by 11 am. I personally feel it was too early. I requested if I can check out at 12pm but, it was a no. Not a big deal but after going to a party we could’ve used an extra 2 hour sleep. All in all I would rent again. ”

“NYC was the first leg of our family’s fall break trip so sadly we only got to spend two nights in Hoboken. Although a short stay, it was wonderful. The check in process went smoothly and AJ was great at communicating the necessary details to access apartment. “I had a very nice stay while visiting family in Hoboken. The location is amazing (close to shops and cafes) and the condo was very clean and has great views. The bed is super comfortable and shower was nice. Also enjoyed the kitchen amenities. Great communication with owner. I hope to stay again in this lovely condo! ”
