Partially nice
When we pulled up, the grass wasn't cut. From outward appearance the neighborhood looked a little unkept but it was extremely quiet. No loud music, no speeding through the neighborhold and the neighboor I did see waved. The keypad code had not been changed for us so I called the contact person. Once that was addressed when I walked in the air had been turned up to 77 and it was pretty stuffy, luckily we were only dropping off our belongings so the space could cool off. The pictures posted are pretty much what you get minus a few areas, mainly the cabinets and furniture not being sturdy. The only picture not posted is the tub and that is because it's the only thing not touched. The knobs and faucet in the tub need updating and if you're traveling with littles it would be difficult to bath them since there is no stopper. I brought my own towels but there were plenty of bath towels not sure about washcloths. There were games available in the cabinets and plenty of things to use in the kitchen. The door to the backyard space is in a bedroom which is different, not something ive seen before. Also there were no supplies for laundry. I didnt need them but just sharing what I observed during my stay.
