“Great location! The cut home was perfect for a family weekend in the busy Dallas area. All the amenities of home! Thanks for trusting us with the necessaries. Walking distance to grocery (whole foods) and uber was great. Parking in the street was adequate, but watch for the two hour spots. Wonderful experience. ”

“This was quite a comfortable stay for my family ( 2 coming in from different states). It was nice to have dishes, utensils and cookware available for us! The park was a little bit of a hike, but a quick drive ( it was too hot to enjoy this visit). The lake made for beautiful sunrises/sunsets and simple fishing pleasures for the kids! ( even a pole available) would definately stay here again. One thing, we could’ve used more towels/washcloths!”

“We went down for volleyball national tournament and had a fabulous time! The place was quiet, clean, and a great location to Kay Bailey Convention Center! Great communication with property management! Only feeldback is grass could have been cut before we arrived and it was kinda expensive to have an earlier check in. We will visit again! Thanks for letting us host the volleyball team for pizza and pool time!”

“We stayed in the home during a Dallas Market Trip. The home is very well stocked with everything you will need. Very spacious, clean and we felt very safe! Great home for a family trip or a business trip. The host was very responsive to our needs and that speaks volumes! Having a garage to park our car was a huge plus! Will stay again!!”

“We had a wonderful time staying at Sam’s vrbo. It was the perfect size for our multi generational family. Everyone had their own bed AND bathroom. It was amazing! Everyone kept saying how this was their favorite vrbo they have stayed in and I do agree. Sam and the property manager were easily available if needed. “The home was just as described in the listing. Spacious, beautifully decorated, well designed for a family gathering. Plenty of towels, dishes, seating indoors and outdoor! “The house was beautiful. We fell in love with the kitchen. The bedroom was spacious. Wifi had an easy access. Everything was nearby like food, Walmart. At&t stadium, rangers stadium was also close by.”

“The owner was very kind. He called the first night to make sure everything was up to our standards. We had a small plumbing problem, & came within 20 min to take care of it. He was great communicating, answering every question I had. We will be booking again soon.”
