Amazing
I Booked this condo for an annual girls trip that we do every year. Not only was it amazing it was superb! Such a beautiful condo, with all amenities and so close to the beach. We had one of the best times ever! I would recommend this place over and over. We're actually talking about reserving it for next year's annual girls trip. Usually we pick a new place every year, but we were so impressed with this one that we might just have to come again next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. You may just get our reservation next year for our annual girls trip.

Awesome Stay
Our family totally enjoyed our stay & all 6 of us agreed we would come back some day. Our Granddaughter loved picking shells when she was not doing her beach running exercises. Thanks for the perfect stay!

Finding the sun.
Condo was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Would have liked to see attached bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. Provide tissues in the bathroom. Screen door was off the tracks in queen Bed bedroom. We enjoyed our stay!

As Described
This was our first time in Pajaro and and bit skeptical about renting a place with no referral. It was a pleasant surprise when arriving that it was better than even the pictures described. We recommend this property to all.

Fun Time for All!
This was our second year at this property. Every one of us (all 9!) enjoyed time together and loved the proximity to the beach and to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. We had two grandchildren, five 20-30+ year olds, and the two of us in our 60s. We were all sad to leave and promised to return next year!

Lovely house !

This condo was fabulous! We had some miscommunication on our arrive time, but after we gained entry, all was good. This condo is equipped with anything you may need for a beach getaway and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Pajaro Dunes
Our stay was very pleasant. The unit itself had everything we needed, was clean, nicely decorated, and felt very much like home. The owners were very communicative, very sweet, and accommodating. Our group totaled nine and it didn’t feel cramped at all. There was easy access to the beach and the community is very quiet. We very much liked our stay and we love to stay there again.

Perfect weekend getaway
Pajaro Dunes is about an hour away from San Jose and that makes it an ideal destination for a weekend getaway. Really loved this condo. The description was apt and the communication was clear and simple. We loved everything about the house. Everything was clean and tidy. Since the house is at the corner of the property it gave a much beter private space than other units. There’s no view of the ocean but that doesn’t take away anything. Loved seeing the sunset from the patio. Hopefully I can come back to his unit some time in the future again.

Perfect for a family getaway
We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was spacious, well-appointed, and very private (thanks to its location in the last building in the development, which meant looking out only at the dunes & not other buildings). The kitchen had every pot and pan we needed, the pantry was nicely stocked, and the beds were supremely comfortable. Plus, the owners were very pro-active and communicative, both before and during our stay. All in all, a delightful visit!

Overall a great stay. The only con was that we had some wifi issues. We would get disconnected and have to reconnect / sign in often. The password provided for the private wifi didn't work and we were instructed to use the complexes wifi. Upon notification, the host tried reaching out to the internet service provider but our stay was too short to see a correction.

Great beach condo
My family and I really enjoyed staying at this condo, despite the warnings of high surf. The beach is beautiful, even if you don't go down to the sand. We all had fun playing pickle ball, fixing food and watching the waves. I highly recommend this place.

Winter beach getaway
My family enjoyed our stay at this Pajaro Dunes condo unit. We would love to return again. The unit location was perfect for my elderly parents. There were no huge steps or slopes to challenge them. My family took advantage of the nice Pickleball courts and spent many hours there. We would definitely return to this exact unit!

Much needed R&R
3 of us couples went for an extended weekend birthday beach celebration. The 1st floor 3 bedroom condo was well stocked with games, kitchen provided all of our cooking needs and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The 2 patios were perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. This was a perfect much needed getaway. The pros. 1 great end unit close to parking. We had 1 handicap person so this was great. 2. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking and meals a breeze. 3. Beach towels and extra linens 4. Washer and dryer 5. The beach, the sand, the sunsets 6. Great communication with the host 7. They let us have early check in and late check out 8. The beach chairs provided hours of fun at the beach A few cons I need to mention. 1. You are close to the lagoon so there are plenty of mosquitos, and a few sliding doors don’t have screens. The owner did provide a can of much needed off. We found it a day too late. 2. Although there are tvs in every room the cable and internet didn’t work our entire stay. We had 2 guests who worked remotely 1 day and they had to drive to town to work. We had no phone service except at the beach. This can be a pro if you are planning on being off the grid 3. The 2nd bedroom with a queen was too sunken for a couple to sleep on, they sank in the middle of the bed so they had to use the pullout sofa which didn’t give them privacy. We all decided despite the cons, we would do it again. This is the perfect place for a family or 2.

This was a great condo that matched the listing. Everything was just as described. Staying just steps away from the beach was incredible and the location was perfect for our trips to Santa Cruz and Monterey. It was a very easy check in and check out process. My family and I would love to stay again when we come back to the area.

Fun family home
The house is very well maintained and well stocked with games and outdoor items. The beach is very close and it is in a nice location to check things out like the Aquarium in Monterey or a quick drive to Santa Cruz. It was exactly what we needed. There isn't a ton of things immediately close by and the amenities like the basketball and tennis are a little run down, but don't really need those things with the beach so close. Internet is a little spotty and didn't work as well when we were there, but we were pretty busy with activities that it wasn't too much of a bother. Definitely recommend for a family trip.

Excellent holiday home
We have been in this holiday home with a friends group of 9 people and everything was so nice. The terrace was located so that you had the feeling to be alone there and also the beach was a dream! Since it was a private beach it is very empty there. All in all a perfect stay in a perfectly equipped and beautifully furnished holiday home. We had a great time and can highly recommend it!
